Staff members are really helpful and knowledgeable. There is a good amount of information about all the fish at the fish tanks.

Visited to buy worming tablets for my dog,and wild bird seed to feed the birds who rely on this source of food in winter months,also the offer of 4 for the price of 3 bags which was great value.

I rescued a rabbit a year ago and still a bit clueless as to feeding him I have read books and been on the internet and tried everything his droppings still not great I got sum fantastic advice from the people working there and spent about half hour going through the do's and don'ts and what was best hoping this advice will work so fingers crossed but they cudnt help enough will definitely be going back to the Darlington one

I can always purchase everything on my list including medicines, tooth care products, fresh food and special birthday and Christmas treats! The staff are helpful and friendly towards ownersxand their pets. A pleasant experience for me and my 3 greyhounds (who look forward to a stroke and a treat 😀). Thank you. Susan

I had been given a kitten through lockdown for company only to discover he had fleas. I was given the best help and information for the care and resolve of the issue. I so was advised to obtain the vfp app which I did. Through this I obtained a discount , and free kitten food which was fantastic as I was on low income through covid 19.
I was given, time and kind advice for the care. I cant thank staff member Tricia for her time, help and friendly approach. Cant fault it. Thank you do much. X

Covid aware! Still maintaining strict entry control, when other stores seem to have relaxed. Feel very safe, shop well laid out, staff friendly and helpful.

Wow! Popped in for a few bits for our buns and wow the service was amazing! Firstly well done on having dogs trust there. But the biggest thank you to my cashier Tricia (name from receipt) she had such a warm welcome, asked about my buns and was so cheerful! Probably the best service I've ever had from pets at home!

We went to the Darlington store to seek help for our Golden Doodle Douglas as we were unsure to what product for him to have for worming and flea treatments as he is only 12 weeks, Tricia the fantastic team member was extremely helpful and knowledgable, she gave us so much advice and recommendations and was great with Douglas. Tricia is great asset to your company and would recommend anyone to seek advice from her if feeling overwhelmed with the amount of product available. Great improvements since we were last there, granted over 7 years ago. Has a self wash area for your pets, all set out according to type of pets. Other pet stores could look at "Pets" and think about remodeling there own stores! Definitely pet friendly.

Staff are very helpful considering the Covid 19 has ramped up. The premises are located in a shopping centre where access is easy for all customers and dogs. Staff are very knowledgable about their animals and their advice is exceptional for their customers. I have no qualms about recommending this establishment for all your pet products and future pets.
