Discovered this gem today for coffee. How we have not seen it before on our trips to Kings Lynn I don’t know!
Friendly staff, great coffee
The property is beautifully and tastefully decorated maintaining several original features. Sadly we couldn’t stay for food today but are already planning a proper visit in the summer to stay and eat, Thankyou

Stayed here whilst cycling the Rebellion Way round Norfolk. Very helpful manager found us space to keep our bikes. The room was excellent, with views of the sunset across the Great Ouse. Excellent breakfast as well.

A delightful hotel in the heart of historic King's Lynn. A listed building, the Bank House is 5 star across the board. Clean and spacious rooms, attentive but not instrusive staff and great food for people that appreciate quality not quantity. Looking forward to me next trip at some point soon. Great for business and pleasure.

Stayed one night in the Captain's room. Very pleasant. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. You do have to pay for parking though. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a leisurely lunch here back in August 2021 and 2 years later it's in my memory so thought I should leave a review. The atmosphere was chilled they were training new staff at the time so the service was hit and miss but the maitre d', she was great supervising, training and apologising 🙂. The food was lovely we had 3 courses and wine. I would go back if I was in the area again.

Went to bank house for anniversary. Had a fantastic roast beef dinner, the beef was cooked perfectly. Staff were friendly. The creme brulee was exactly how I like it. Thanks to all the staff and the chefs for making my day special.

We called in for lunch today. Very elegant dining room. The hotel is very close to the River Ouse. Great menu with plenty of choice for everyone. Our fish platters were 😋 delicious. Lovely serving staff.

We went for afternoon tea, a group of 25, we had tea and coffee on tap, the selection of sandwich fingers and cakes plus scones wit jam and cream were fantastic, a very happy group,

I have some pinocchio (without chocolate) and super-duper cake here on Sunday. There is a nice old English atmosphere here with well-dressed staff and well preserved classical surroundings. So far, it's been a pleasant experience with the well-mannered staff .

No photos but a lovely place. Visited with family for Sunday lunch to celebrate a birthday. Two courses for £18. Duck breast started and pork loin main were well cooked. Generous portions. Staff very friendly helpfull and attentive. Can order from the main menu with the like of fish and chips burger and chips on offer as well as traditional Roasts. Vegetarian options also available and went down well with the vegetarian's in our group. Been before and will keep going back.

Friendly, professional and welcoming staff.
We stopped by for a few drinks in the wonderful outdoor space and thoroughly enjoyed it.
We wish that we had booked dinner here as the food looked fantastic, but unfortunately they were booked up.
We will certainly book here next time we are in Kings Lynn.

Stayed 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff are very very friendly. Quaint hotel located on the quay in Kings Lynn and very handy for exploring this lovely town.
Good menu choice for the evening meal and very enjoyable.
Breakfast also good choice and again very good.
Make sure you "feed" the parking meter promptly at 8am in the morning as traffic warden around very promptly!
Ask to see the subterranean cellars, very interesting.
Highly recommend this lovely hotel .

A great stay with helpful, friendly staff. Room was warm, a super comfortable bed, large with river views, great large walk-in shower, plus bath, hairdryer, lovely soft pillows. A lovely bath robe and an abundance of fluffy towels. Food was excellent with attentive waiting staff. Would stay again and would happily recommend.

Friends were delighted with our recommendation to stay at the Bank House. Their room was gorgeous, overlooking the river, and dinner on the terrace was a very relaxed affair with dogs allowed and food very nice. Crab salad was especially enjoyed!
