Costa Coffee

Located in town centre, in Vancouver Quarter, walking distance from all the shops,banks etc. 2 minutes away from bus station and 5 from train station. It gets busy sometimes, but service usually is quick. Staff polite and helpful. It's a clean place and toilets are available. Coffee is fantastic toasties are delicious! Can order in advance to save time.

The branch here is really nice. The staff is a very helpful and kind team. The Costa Branch here is very wonderful and nice, I recommend it to everyone.

Nice and clean. No queue. Really friendly, helpful staff. The 2 frappes were delicious. Toilet clean and tidy. Not too busy. Nice and cool in shop.

Visited early on New Year's Day and was quiet but solitary staff member very cheery and chatty. Nice big place with a nice sofa towards the back. 50% off a lot of food items on this quiet morning so took probably the final chance to have pigs and blankets for a while!

This lovely Costa cafe has a great atmosphere due to its length, you seem so far from the street you just walked in from, best way to describe it is cosy, just the place for a first date.
Staff are friendly and chatty and nothing is too much trouble.
It's a Saturday morning regular visit for me.

Breakfast bacon bap offer. Very nice, good price. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. I visit here regularly and highly recommend visiting.

Above and beyond! Fantastic service here on Sunday. Lloyd and Ryan created a great atmosphere with the initial serving conversation and drink prep. Unfortunately, chaos then ensued after I managed to completely knock over and spill both of the freshly made drinks! They were absolutely wonderful about it and said don't worry, cleaned it all up and made us replacements, all whilst bringing a humour to the situation, which helped me feel less embarrassed and guilty! Would absolutely recommend!

It was nice and clean, the staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our Christmas hot chocolate.

Loved it, great hot chocolate. Had a cute spin the wheel with proceeds going to charity. Of course, I had to have a go. Yaay free muffin lol boo allergies lol but they were so kind and let me pass on my win. Lovely staff, always a bright friendly bunch even when they are swamped and even to the rude ones you just wish you could punch lol

Such a lovely place it is. Little gem at the corner. Beautiful atmosphere, nice vibes. Quick service. Neat n clean. Love to sit there n enjoy my coffee but it was train time so grab my coffee n move on.

Always lobe a COSTA. Cake was a bit pricey bit tasted good 😀

Exactly what you'd expect from Costa, but you can look at everyone as they walk by! Can get a little hot in the sun sometimes.

Popped in for a coffee with my carer before my appointment at hospital would definitely recommend. Friendly helpful staff disabled friendly and good price for a decent sized coffee ☕ 👌

Great coffee and even better staff, I ordered with my baby daughter and they happily brought my drink to the table for me, little gestures go a long way.

Me and my daughter go to Costa every week we have got to know a lot of the staff they are always helpful and polite

I will definitely visit the Cafe again because it caters for me and I'm a little bit of a picky eater and I don't like certain foods,drinks like chicken and chillies,purees,vegetable juices or coffee.Excellent service.
