Above and beyond. I can't praise the Food Hall staff highly enough.

On collecting my Christmas food order last night, there seemed to be a problem! Part of my order was missing! After 10 minutes of waiting, the last missing item couldn't be found and an alternative was offered (which to be honest, looks identical to the item ordered on line). This is where I thought, there customer service would stop and i would be sent on way... But No! ... The staff were incredibly apologetic and couldn't be anymore helpful. Due to the inconvenience of waiting, a complimentary item was offered and when I seemed not wanting to take it... a further item was insisted and no wouldn't be taken for an answer. What could have been a very negative experience, was quickly turned around and their readiness to go above and beyond was amazing. And, a true tribute to old fashion customer service.

Was glad to find this M and S. A bit small but was able to find some decent underwear. Had a coffee and a cake too. Lovely helpful staff in the fitting rooms. Had spent a while looking for clothes, a lot of the shops were closed. But this one wasn't. Would recommend.

Just to say a huge thank you to the Manager and staff at M & S Kings Lynn for the help and kindness they gave to us when we went to collect our Christmas food order. Being disabled it was such a pleasure to be offered a chair and a member of staff to carry the shopping. Well done to you all and a happy new year.

The £20 dine in for 2 meals are great, good price & excellent quality! Friendly staff are also a bonus!

Wonderful place to shop staff always very pleasant nothing to much trouble and amazing bargains were had on the sales. The cafe upstairs is well organized and always busy perfect place to rest after shopping. Tea and coffee great quality.

Had a bra fitting booked at 2pm due to losing 3 1/2 stone. The lady I saw was fab, sorry I didnt get her name but hopefully you can tell who it was from the booking. The lady was really helpful and patient and I came away with a lovely fitting, lovely flattering looking bra, so thank you, would highly recommend.

A very nice young lady called Ellie was most helpful as I couldn't find what I was looking for on the jewellery dept. She went above and beyond to assist as my eyesight is very poor. Well done to your staff

Shuna, who served me was very obliging & helpful, when I was buying a top, with my 'Sparks reward' card & getting my free Jute bag. Useful bag which is either hand held-or-on shoulder.

A very well run shop. Helpful staff and the cafe is brilliant. They are very good with small children there too. Food in the cafe is well above average for the area.

Lovely store. Food hall has good selection of food. Prices in line with Tesco and sainsbury's. Also went to their cafe lovely coffee.

Excellent store right in the middle of Kings Lynn. Food section is very good. Alas they do not sell cashmere clothes but can order in. Otherwise an excellent store.

Xmas food collection day for us. Yes we did need to wait for an hour BUT treated very well biscuits and hot drink provided, wonderful staff and great products.

Picked up a mens cotton jumper for £19.50 - very good. Disappointed though their lovely bread rolls were all sold out

I would echo those who praise the staff in the café. Good cup of coffee and a very tasty cumberland sausage bap all served with a smile by the helpful staff.

Just needs to be sorted into different areas I thought. Trousers need to be all together and tops need to be all together. I feel like I spend half my time walking from one end to the other to match clothes together

Great ladies & gentleman area. Food section always clean & tidy - quick service. The restaurant service is sometimes a little sloppy, on other occasions it is excellent - great pity.

Although shop is always clean and tidy their range of clothing is very limited as its a small shop but always worth a visit, the automatic doors are a boon as well

Good old M and S. You can't beat them. Shame they keep closing so many branches. Especially Felixstowe, very annoying to a huge amount of loyal customers. 🤔
