Myself and my daughter went to look at a used car yesterday and was given a warm welcome from Emma, one of the sales team. Emma was brilliant and unlike some garages, there was no ‘hard sell’ tactics used. All of the staff including Matt the manager were extremely helpful which was the reason we bought the car. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would definitely use them again.

I recently had a Annual Service and MOT. I had dealt with Sam previous and Sam was my main contact for my recent visit. He was lovely, he booked my car in. He contact twice during the day to keep my up to date. When i went to collect my car I dealt with Sam who was very personable. I also had the pleasure of meeting Joe, Dan and Keighley (apologies if spelt wrong) who were really lovely and we chatted while Sam sorted out an additional purchase for me. I would definitely recommend Ken Brown Hyundai Letchworth for being a delight to deal with. I do have a branch closer to where I live but the experience there was dreadful, maybe they should visit Ken Brown Hyundai Letchworth to see how a service department should be run.

Our first Assistant we saw at Ken Brown's @ Letchworth was a very friendly lady, Sherry. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and did everything she could to help us find and finally choose our proposed new car. We took a version of the Hyundai Sunak for a test drive and it was very comfortable and superb to drive. On our return Sherry took us through the refinements and extras and through our discussions we actually chose the top rated model. Overall both my wife and I found this Hyundai branch very good, extremely welcoming, highly knowledgeable and we even got offered cups of tea/coffee, although they did not currently have decaf coffee which is what I only drink. Nevertheless could not recommend Ken Brown Hyundai at Letchworth any more highly.
