Lovely home made tomato and basil soup. Very busy at lunchtime but well worth the short wait

I want to say thank you to Simmons bakers because their gingerbread men are keeping me going they are the best also I would like to say the ladies Vicky and Susie are lovely Vicky has helped me to eat again. We go in three times a week for bake potatoes All the ladies work very hard they never stop.Everywere is very clean from floor to tables .

Delightful independent bakery which boasts moo more than 25mes travel between bakery and shop and it shows. Delicious freshly baked cakes; delicious bread and lots of creative options for a light lunch and not a mass produced sandwich in sight!

Nice local chain with everything you could possibly want from a bakery. However, baked goods look almost unnatural at times and can feel mass produced.

Decent lunch here. Not the cheapest, but the quality is good. Pretty woeful coffee, so I'll be ordering tea next time. My tuna crunch was really good though and clearly fresh. Counter staff were helpful and kept a smile on their faces, despite some "challenging" customers. Could do with a few more seats in there, but happy to recommend

Gem of a bakery. Top quality food and drink at very reasonable prices. Plenty of space to eat in. Highly recommend the Mushroom Roll.

Great bakery with lots of food choice. Hot chocolate is great with marshmallows and cream. Delicious! Great way to end the day after ice skating at Letchworth pool. Staff friendly and quick to help clear tables for us.

Just want to say thank you,I believe she was the manager and another lady with green hair ( sorry didn’t take your name). Went to store panicking for a last min cupcake order. They managed to sort something out for me in short notice. Both ladies very polite and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff who make a good sandwich. The bread here is amazing so it doesn't really matter what filling you have. My son says he can recommend the quiche too. Quite a nice location in the pedestrian-safe area with a record and book shop next door to boot.

Great selection of good food. Friendly and polite staff. Excellent customer service. Recommend Brie & Sun Dried Tomato 🍅 on croissant 🥐. Well worth a visit- even for that quick cuppa!

Obsessed with this place! Amazing food, cake and staff! Get lunch here almost every day, great baked potatoes with any filling you wish. Nicest chocolate cake I've ever had (though their carrot cake is also excellent). Fresh bread and such a lovely staff you cannot imagine! Gets busy around lunch time as can be expected.

Went for breakfast was very good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't want halloumi cheese with my vegetarian breakfast so they were prepared to change it for something else. Would highly recommend this place

Spacious dining areas and a large range of sweet and savory pastries. Also serves fried breakfasts.

Not sure how the staff here manage to keep up excellent service and well cooked food during a manic Saturday rush and still remain polite and helpful; hard to fault. Only minor criticism is figuring out which queue is for what is a bit of a dark art first time around!!
