Helen at Paddock Wood Waitrose was fantastic today. She helped keep aside a plant I wanted to buy and then when I forgot it after my grocery shopping, she went to great lengths to ensure that it was still saved for me on my return. Helen is always so friendly and helpful.

Also today at Paddock Wood Waitrose, Candy went to so much trouble to try and help me find a correct pot for a plant I'd bought. Literally nothing was too much trouble and she had all sorts of advice about plants and gardening in general for me.

Better choice of meal deal food than most ither local places and for the same price.

Always shop here as I'm local and they are usually very friendly and helpful. You can find pretty much anything you need and they always have a wonderful selection of flowers and plants

I had a click & collect shop for groceries, using my own bags. It was totally trouble-free and the Partner kindly trolleyed the lot to my car. Great service. Will be inputting my next weekly order soon. 👍

Staff are helpful and friendly. If you can't find what you are looking for they will check the storeroom for you. After I had undergone an operation and was unable to lift anything heavy they took everything to the car for me and when my little boy lost his comforter in the store one of the staff dropped it round on her way home (I live 4 miles away from the store so hardly just around the corner). Everyone really does go the extra mile.

Everything that you would expect from Waitrose, high quality produce and an excellent choice of items.
This store is very nicely laid out, clean and tidy throughout and everything is easy to find.
The staff are friendly and helpful, excellent for a quick shopping visit to get your essentials and much more.

went in to this store this morning to get my fresh fish i come over like i was going faint felt so dizzy this lovely lady called Heather that works in the store sat me down and got me a lovley cold bottle of water and got me the first aid lady the two lady was so professional at their job and handled the situation perfectly I can’t thank you enough thank you so much ladies for your help and care

Percy pig drink was pretty mid. But duck wrap was to die for.

An upmarket supermarket which always has a large and varied selection of food on offer. Prices are a little higher than those of competitors, but shopping there is more pleasurable because of the excellent staff whom I have always found to be helpful, friendly and polite. (N.B. The store is closed until 1st December 2017 for a major refurbishment which will no doubt improve the layout and facilities still further).

The staff were very cheerful and happy and smily, accommodating and new where things were. This reflects so well on the business. Parking is ample and its very easy to find near the main high street

Just a quick shop (for yellow sticker items) to get a free coffee! Perfectly satisfied.

Waitrose Paddock Wood is a shoppers paradise. This was my first visit to the store following its recent revamp and I was astonished by the clever use of the reclaimed space, the communal dining areas and the breadth and depth of its product offerings. I strongly recommend Waitrose Paddock Wood as the ideal shopping experience.

A very good selection of items and lots of manned/unmanned tills for convenience. The shop offers a large cafe area along with a sushi bar. The staff are always friendly and helpful

Great supermarket with wide aisles. Friendly staff. The wine area is really nice and so are the toilets. There is also a large car park.I shop there frequently and it is my favourite supermarket.

Small store but it has everything you need in a supermarket and more. Great quality but you will pay a small premium for it. Excellent carpark for the size of the store and a great location in the town.

Saturday 8.30am . Well organised shop .Polite staff. Did not see one customer without a mask. Well done Waitrose and shoppers of Paddock Wood
