The Reindeer Centre

Brilliant day out for the whole family. Plenty to see and do for everyone. Meeting and feeding the reindeers was fantastic. Whilst the venue is a little tired and there was a queue for visiting Father Christmas, the smiles were worth it. The free mince pies for adults and gifts for the little one was much appreciated. We also paid to make our professional photo into a snow globe for a bit of fun. Very reasonable cost overall. Wrap up warm as it’s chilly!

We really enjoyed our trip to the Reindeer centre this year.
A special mention of the Menu once we had finished walking through the many great displays of a hot chocolate and a superb jacket potato with either bean,s & cheese or chicken curry, my goodness the chicken curry was absolutely delicious.
This special outing is worth the trip to see the Reindeers & all that it has to offer. We will definitely be visiting again next year.

My wife and Daughter visited here. Many more animals to see than just the Reindeers.

You can even feed the reindeer, they are beautiful.

Highly recommend a visit if you can make it before Christmas.

Just got back from the Halloween event. Twins aged 10 loved it. Staff welcoming and a special mention to the lady at the ticket office, the gentleman with the reindeer, the 2 witches and the young lad on stage who got the children and parents dancing. Don't expect a full day, we was there for about 2 hours but it was full of fun. Not to ruin any surprises but the 2 men did their jobs!

Fantastic time, did the Christmas experience with my 20 month old granddaughter. Santa and the elves were brilliant. Great play area for kids. Nice food available, very reasonably priced. Petting the reindeer is recommended. We also recommend visiting at other times of the year, not just Xmas.

This was our first time here. We had our daughter, her husband and both grandchildren age 8 and 5 with us. We had the best time at this lovely well thought out experience. Each and every member of staff we came across were so lovely and friendly and that really added something to the whole experience. Santa was just so welcoming, we didn't think our 5 yesr old Grandson would even sit next to him bit he did and even chatted with him. There were so many beautiful displays to look at and so many lovely photo opportunities and the staff were so happy to take group photos for us. The Reindeer were adorable and did not disapoint. My favourite bit had to be the snow barn, the children had so much fun in there and it was a true delight to watch them. I advise booking an early time slot because we didn't queue for anything. Our whole family left with huge smiles on our faces and can't wait to come back next Christmas. Thank you for such an amazing time

We had a lovely day here. Grandchildren met Father Christmas and received a nice present. We fed the reindeer. Other animals to see too. Lovely walk through area with different scenes from Eskimos to a large pretty model Christmas Village with music and chorus singing.
Cafe with plenty of seating. Hand-wash facilities were available after feeding the reindeer. Into the next barn and a sand area for the kids to play in. Enormous snowmen etc to take lots of selfies. Elves dancing to various songs on a stage with all the dance actions. An enclosed area with lots of fake snow. Throw the snow in the air and take a photo. You'll get some lovely photos.

Top attraction great little farm amazing Christmas "grotto". Santa was fantastic with the kids and very believable too. Highly recommend.

From an accessibility point of view great wheelchair access easy flat paths most way round and fairly easy access to all parts of the park. Our daughter even made it into the snow pit 😂

This was our 1st visit here and the whole family absolutely loved it!!. Santa was well dressed and great with the kids. The whole place was well decorated and the kids really loved the walk through scenes, they were very well put together. Lots of activities there to keep the kids entertained. Lots of different animals too and the whole family loved stroking and feeding them. Our favourite was 'WOBBLE' the reindeer! He tried to give my son his hoof bless him. Absolutely 100% recommend to anyone and will definitely be returning again with the family, thankyou very much for the experience

We had a wonderful day, very reasonable, lots for the kids to do, we went to the Easter event, will certainly revisit and would recommend if you've got little ones 😊

Best place for Halloween, Christmas and Easter!!!! We always have fun here. And we ve been every year

Every visit this place gets better. Halloween event was fantastic! Fun challenges to win some great prizes instead of cheap sweets was a great idea. We loved the creepy rooms and visiting the animals. Staff were brilliant, especially the younger members of staff who made us feel so welcome.

As a group of all adults, we had an amazing experience. Santa was a very good sport and we had a brilliant time. Would highly recommend, with or without children. The whole day was magical

From start to finish of the day we really enjoyed the Reindeer Centre. The staff are only too happy to help and for the ticket price my little girl enjoyed a find the carrot with a prize, making easter cards, soft play, bouncy castle and planting sunflowers to take home.

Of course, there are the animals too, and for just £1 we got a large cup of food to feed the goats and reindeer. Later in the day, we got to bottle feed the lambs too.

Highly recommend. the staff were friendly. There were a variety of animals to see, feed and pet. Plenty of activities to do after meeting Santa. This place exceed my expectations and as an adult I enjoyed myself there too!

First visit here and what more can I say than what an excellent experience. Going to make it a regular Christmas venture. Fantastic value for money and really easy to find. Friendly staff and a really warm welcome keep up the good work.

Amazing experience & so worth the money. Long queue for Santa as expected but they have little things to look at along the way to entertain the kids. Feeding the animals is always lovely & extra special feeding reindeer at Christmas time. The play area is brilliant too. There's so much for the kids to do. The café is low cost & basic food, which is all you need really & a nice treat for the kids, if you want healthy then take a picnic! If you buy a hot drink you get to keep the Christmas mug!
Basically the whole experience was just brilliant & the kids loved it 🤗❤

We went in the week before half term and we had the place to ourselves. The staff were really friendly. Lots to do and see and lots of animals to meet. We got a nice toy from father christmas and a free mince pie 😁
