We recently purchased a bike for my daughter at this fantastic bike shop, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through the various options to find the perfect bike for her.

From the moment we walked in, the friendly atmosphere and genuine passion for cycling were evident. The team took the time to explain the features of different bikes, ensuring we made an informed decision.

brought wheelset carbon mavics great set wheels have to say , initially when got home fit wheels didn't fit rung the shop and couldn't do enough to please went above and beyond and two nice well mannered polite guys who work there cannot fault the service from this shop and running around they did to please highly recommend this shop

Got a new bike and the staff were excellent , very friendly and knowledgeable . Put me at ease when I then had bike fit Joe was excellent and took his time so bike fitting went well could not be happier and would recommend.

Brilliant bike shop. It’s just a little out of the way for me but it’s well worth the journey. Purchased a Giant bike from them and it’s been simply superb. Had some great advice on the best bike for me and it’s sizing. Really glad I didn’t buy online as I would have purchased the wrong size. Cheers guys. I’ll be back

I found their prices to be very competitive, website was easy to use.
I was kept informed what was going on, and it was delivered within two days. Even with all what’s going on at the moment.

Excellent friendly and speedy service when I needed a new tyre fitted whilst on a bike ride.

The staff here were first class when we were looking for bikepacking saddle and bar bags. They took time to load up one of their display bikes with the bags we were interested in and then ordered in the specific models we wanted. I can't recommend them highly enough and although Paddock Wood is not that local for me they are easily the best LBS worth travelling to that I've found.

The lady who served me was extremely helpful and friendly. Bought my first road bike and she took the time to talk me through the bike, fit it properly etc. I would certainly return. I had also been given advice on the phone the day before and the website is very good and easy to navigate too.

Rode the bike (Liv Avail 2) that day and, whilst I don’t have anything against which to compare it as I am a complete novice, I thoroughly enjoyed my ride and my cycling partner was impressed with it. Great quality for a good price.

Social distancing taken seriously in the shop, so I felt safe shopping (hand gel, controlled numbers in the shop, spray for card machine etc).

My father bought my first two wheel bicycle (with stabilisers) from this family run business over fifty years ago! I much appreciate that I receive the same excellent service that my father spoke of, though he would not believe how much I have spent on a carbon framed gravel bike! This shop is a gem. Excellent service, comprehensive technical knowledge with service facilities and a smile. Brilliant!

One of the best bike shops in kent. Just picked up my bike this morning which had a full service (very reasonably priced for work carried out) . The bike feels like new and rides great. The staff are very friendly and helpful, will definitely be returning for future services. Very happy

I've been using Evernden Cycles since I was about 3 years of age in the 70's, all but 1 of my bikes have come from here over the years, I recently purchased a Giant 2022 x1 27.5 which is amazing, the level of service I have received has always been second to none, I have today picked up my Giant 1 29r 2019 from them having had the wheels trued and hope brake pistons greased, guy's yet again an amazing bit of work, thank you so much for everything.

Took my bike in for a check after falling off it a few months ago. I was met with friendly service. They said it could possibly take up to 7 days . I got an SMS later that evening to say it was ready to collect.
Very happy with the service.
