If you need a place to stay in Trawden or nearby this is a great option. The pub is a vibrant part of the Trawden community offering a wide range of beers and wines and excellent fresh cooked food. The rooms are in a detached block opposite the pub adjoining the beer garden. The building used to be a woodworking workshop and the heritage of the building is tastefully reflected in a very nice 'postindustrial chic' decor. Rooms and bathrooms very comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely. Definitely one to come back to.

We had a fantastic afternoon meeting family yesterday. Jamie and his team served lunch for almost 30 of us, from different menus. It was delicious, hot and well timed.

Great meal after a walk round the surrounding hills! They have a fire 🔥 too to warm up after wet wanders!

The location was great and there were lots of parking on the side street if you couldn't use their carpark.

The meal I had was the mozzarella chicken special. It was lovely to see the range of non alcoholic drinks options too!

We stayed at The Trawden Arms for a few days when we were attending a wedding in Trawden. Jamie and his team are amazing, great hospitality and such a friendly atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and are really well furnished with everything you need. The public bar has great beer and staff. I can't say enough good things about this place. Thanks to all who made us welcome and made our stay so pleasant.

We had our Christmas party here. Food was excellent and the pub had a very welcoming atmosphere. Also the staff are amazing. They cannot do enough for you. Thank you all for a fantastic evening 😊

Excellent food, service and drinks. Top notch food at reasonable prices and portions with deals on offer most days. The best pub food we've had for a while. We'll definitely be back.

Stated @ Trawden Arms last weekend while visiting family in Colne, this is a hidden GEM. Could not fault the room or the food, both lovely & the staff were lovely too. Wish we lived nearer so we could visit more often.

Very good food! Reasonably priced and a great place..Good vegetarian options including a couple of vegan options, rare for a pub meal. Recommended

Lovely place to stay, nothing to much trouble. Jamie was really helpful organising taxis for our party of nine to a wedding do. Breakfast one of the best weve had top quality ingredients, would definitely recommend 5 star

What a gem of a place!! Great community run pub. Very stylish styled room with a rustic industrial flavour. Very comfortable with en suite shower. Easy parking near to the accommodation. Food was excellent, both for the evening and breakfast. A very good service from very friendly and welcoming staff. An excellent place to base yourself when visiting the area. Will definitely be back, thank you to everybody at The Trawden Arms.

Fantastic service with a great selection of high quality meals. We visited the pub a couple of times during our stay in Trawden which coincided with the village garden festival. Although the pub was very busy they managed to fit us in for food on both occasions we visited and the manager made us feel like it was no hardship at all! We have a toddler who was keen to wander around a lot and the staff and customers were great about this, acting very friendly towards him and our dog too! The atmosphere in the pub is great and we got chatting to many of the friendly locals. When it wasn't raining, our two year old loved playing on the play equipment out the back of the pub, while we relaxed with a drink on the tables next to it. Would highly recommend if you're in the area!

Fabulous stay here. Gorgeous surroundings, truly friendly lovely staff (not to speak of the regulars who were very warm and welcoming). The room was perfect, very clean, comfortable, well equpped and really attractively designed. Its a community owned venture, and my goodness, as far as Im concerned it should be the future. Totally recommend this lovely place

Cannot fault a single thing. Room was immaculate, an absolute steal for the price. Stunning bathroom and underfloor heating felt like the best thing in the world after a day of hiking. We had our evening meal in the pub and although we hadn’t booked, we was happily accommodated despite it being a busy Sunday night which was greatly appreciated! Breakfast was lovely, top star service! We will definitely be back for another stay!

Met family for late afternoon lunch to hand their doggy back after 3 weeks away. We were there first and walked in,there were loads of dogs inside almost at every table. We sat at our booked table till my daughter and partner turned up. most of the dogs were able to reach each other and have a sniff. Family turned up and we ordered our meal. It wasn't a huge menu, quiet a few burgers and sandwiches and as well as the roast. But something for everyone including vegetarian options. The meal came and it was lovely, fresh veg. tasty and filling. The young girl that served us was helpful and nothing was too much bother for her. Other staff was nice as well bringing dog treats around. Being a dog friendly pub run by the community we'll definitely go back with the other family members and their pooches. Highly recommended

Well what a nice place clean and polite staff well dressed. Very professional food. Portion size was really good as well. Served on warm plates always a must have. The picture is of the Sunday roast dinner, wow wow wow it was so nice. I also had the warm chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream. Excellent presented. Dog friendly pub as well even though we do not live around here the locals are wonderfull and very welcoming.
