McDonald's

Went here at 7:30am, cleaning lady was very pleasant saying good morning and having a quick chat about the weather. Lots of seating, toilets are clean and tidy. Lots of parking with spaces for disabled persons too. Staff very friendly and well mannered. Drive-through is 24 hours.

McDonalds at Colne always good. Always busy. Staff friendly. Clean. Good for kids. I only ever have chicken so can't comment on anything else but the rest of the family have burgers of some description and kids have happy meals. Never anything left.

Don’t usually leave a review however I think credit should be given where it’s due. The young guy who served us, Joseph (long hair, tall) is a real asset to your branch. He is polite, professional and fast at his job. All staff should be like him.

Food is of course as expected. The atmosphere in the drive through could be improved though. Maybe a folk band and a juggling clown? I still have to ask for a serviette though. Fingers always end up sticky, These should be given without asking right?

Mc Donald's Colne has to be one of the best in the area, I had lost confidence in Mc Donald's after visiting Keighley site on a couple of occasions, the service was appalling waiting over 25 minutes for food. The Colne site was great very friendly and efficient staff, lovely clean place to eat in. 10 / 10 please keep it up guys you are great 👍

Generally colne McDonald's is always good. Big delay on my order today but the breakfast muffin was tasty as usual

What can I say, it's fast food but fills you up. Great, efficient service. Friendly staff.

Why does everyone keep saying it’s the worst? Food good, everything good.

The food was tasty and prepared quickly. Service was fantastic, and the worker came to me quickly, unlike other McDonald's where I have to wait for ages for a person to come to the counter.

Great food and fast service.

It is what it is but there always seems to be a massive wait when you go the drive through. Then they get your order wrong when they come out to the car. When your in a hurry you don't have time to wait for them to resolve it. Was ten mins in the first place. It's not always like this but happened twice now.

Staff was helpful and friendly (Lindsay went above and beyond to make sure we was happy) probably the best McDonald's I have used

I don't know why Colne McDonald's gets so much flack! I go regularly and never had a problem.
The staff are superb and always friendly.. The manager Bethany couldn't do enough for me and Jackie, Owsis, Lyndsay and Barbara are all fab. You all make my day. Cheryl isn't bad either lol. Great job guys keep up the good work I really appreciate you all.

5⭐ always clean, fast service and friendly staff

Food is always fresh but service is always slow and frequently they over look orders and have to be chased they seem to concentrate on drive through and forget about people waiting in the place

Why do they take your money then get your drinks then tell you to sit and wait! Again cold coffee and warm coke. Its supposed to be a drive through. Tell people they will have to wait BEFORE taking their money.
