One of the best customer service experience I had in Lloyd Colne BMW. My car was involved in a small accident and I took it to them. Their Assistant Manager Rik Pickering handled the whole procedure from start to finish and assured me with all the updates throughout the procedure. Rik is well knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure that I don't have to worry about anything. I was given a courtesy car while mine was getting repaired. Their customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. My car is back, it looks brand new and spotless in and out.
I am very happy with the fast service and the quality of work I have received from the whole team.

Lloyd’s bodyshop completed a warranty job on the rear bumper of my car which had peeled from factory on my X3.

Rik Pickering handled my enquiry from start to finish, continually keeping me updated on the progress with getting the job approved under warranty from BMW and Rik and his team did a fantastic job at completing the repaint which now looks like brand new.

Rik went above and beyond picking my car up and delivering a courtesy car and also returning my car on completion. Again all the time keeping me updated, very professional and customer service is second to none and for this reason I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my car now.

Following an accident recently, my MINI was taken to Lloyd Bodyshop Colne.

Rik Pickering, the assistant manager in the bodyshop, handled the whole interaction from start to finish. His professionalism and attention to detail was spot on, and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. I also received a courtesy car for the duration of the repair.

I picked the car up this weekend and the quality of the repair is top notch. My other half is a body repairer and even he couldn't find anything to nitpick!

I never want to take either of my cars anywhere else for repairs or service/MOT. Unfortunately my mini has been involved in a few incidents that’s meant it’s needed quite a bit of bodywork (bumper crashed into first time, door reversed into second time, whole side of the car smashed into third time 🙈). You would not know the car has had any repair work done the team here do such an amazing job - it’s absolutely flawless everytime and the car comes out looking brand new.

All of these incidents were non fault and Lloyd handled everything for me so I didn’t even have the hassle of dealing with the insurance - you couldn’t ask for better service or peace of mind. Also knowing that everything the team does is bmw/mini approved is a must! Kept up to date at every step of the way too.

I’ve also been unlucky with my bmw (it’s bigger than the mini and I’m happy to admit I’m rubbish at parking) so after some scrapes from my poor parking (the narrow car park entrances in Edinburgh have been my downfall) I’ve needed to get the paintwork sorted and some dents - again, so so helpful and my car is back to looking brand new.

I could not recommend anywhere else - when it’s due for MOT or service I get reminders and when it’s in the garage I get a personalised video letting me know the overall health of the vehicle and if anything needs sorting.

I do a lot of driving with my job so knowing that my car is in top notch condition gives me peace of mind - I wouldn’t trust anyone else with it.

Special mention to Rik - I hate having to deal with anything car related as I’m not an expert and he really looks after me everytime there’s been a problem. All the staff I’ve encountered are lovely and go out of their way to look after you and your car. Highly recommend for any bodywork, service, MOT or just taking the hassle out of anything car related.
