Colne Sub Post Office

Having visited Colne sub post office yesterday to have our passports renewed, I couldn’t let the occasion pass without thanking the postmaster for his help patience and good humour in processing our applications. He really was such a nice man and would not hesitate in recording him to potential clients. Thank you.

Fantastic friendly service. Always willing to help. I've been using this post office for the last 4 years and have never had a problem. I've noticed they are particularly helpful with older customers.

amazing service from these guys, I come all the way from Nelson to put money in my bank. The nelson post office is the worst, really rude man with glasses and im not the only saying this about the nelson post office. However the service from this colne office is amazing, real friendly staff and they let m,e pay in money with no problems

This is a great post office, the owners are really friendly and efficient. The two bad reviews are nonsense I use this post office every couple of days and have never had any problems.

Firstly I must say a massive Thankyou to the postmaster at Albert rd for sorting my passport out last year got it back within a week so I was able to visit my friend in Holland secondly I sent sum cds to a friend in Australia it took 5 weeks but arrived at his house before his birthday and lastley I sent a package to Rotterdam containing sum crystal but still not arrived after a week and I read up on their being a delay due the c19 pandemic May I just say the service at at Albert rd wassecond to none brilliant a real pleasure to do buisness with them

I've always found the staff here to be very helpful and very pleasant. I'm happy to use their services. Have sent numerous important documents recorded delivery including sending important documents abroad with no problems at all.

I enquired about the new passports with chip and where can I get one. Man behind counter wasn't sure and thought it was online. Thanks for your help.
