Fantastic Sunday Roast. I took my friends from India to have their first English roast. They absolutely loved it. First time having Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes. So filling and big portions. Would definitely go back.

The Weavers Arms in Norwich stands out for its exceptional cuisine, featuring fresh, quality ingredients. The cozy atmosphere complements the friendly, efficient service, making it a welcoming spot for all. Their selection of local ales and craft beers is impressive, perfectly enhancing the dining experience. A visit here offers a delightful blend of great food, superb drinks, and a vibrant yet comfortable ambiance.

Update - there's a new spacious outdoor area for the summer, with BBQ/grilled food options.

We dined here early evening during our visit to Norwich. The Portobello Mushroom steak was really good and my husband enjoyed his steak, too. The atmosphere was very relaxed and service was friendly.

Went for an early supper on a chilly Saturday night on what was the first day of summer. Really interesting and good food, decent prices on interesting wines and excellent food. I'd like to compliment our waitress/server/waiter/person who took our order who was really first class. Attentive, knowledgable about the food and really, really helpful.
Very happy to recommend and look forward to our next visit.

Truly my favourite pub in Norwich. Fantastic beer garden insane food and a good selection of drinks. Also never too busy as it’s hidden in a quiet part of NR3.

Fantastic food. I was really happy to see such a well thought out menu with some amazing ingredients on it. The food was hot, served on warm plates, and the venue was nicely turned out. The staff were attentive but not annoying, and the beer selection was good.

Highly recommended if you want great food at a decent price

Haven't rated food because we didn't eat here, but the menu looked good so I intend to try it in future. The beer was fine, we only had one pint because we were on the City of Ale Trail. There is lots of outdoor seating which made a drink on an early summer evening even more pleasant.

We went to the Weavers Arms for dinner and then a drink later in the evening. They were very busy with reserved tables when we arrived but they were able to fit us in, served us quickly and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. They didn't seem rushed just calmly busy. The food was fantastic, I was able to swap my peas for seasonal greens. Both our meals were decent portion sizes. When we came back a bit later we had a couple of drinks with some friends. Again everyone is so accommodating, giving recommendations and samples of different drinks on tap. They had a few basic bar snacks for those of our group that wanted them and we were able to sit and chat in a relaxed environment. Would definitely recommend this gem of a pub

Fabulous Sunday roast. One of, if not the best in the city. Between our table we had all of the available meats and all were perfectly cooked. The staff are friendly & attentive and everything is reasonably priced.
If you haven’t been, go (just don’t forget to book)!

This is a real food lovers pub with some good wine choices and classic, warm feeling.
Traditional look with a reasonable beer choice and pleasant outdoor seating gor the warmer later nights.
It's the food that brings you with some of the best chips in the county and tender meats and flavoursome sauces that guarantee to satisfy.
You might end up staying for a late night drink here.
A veritable gem, highly recommended.

We had an excellent meal last night. The service was friendly and good. A little wait on the food due to being very busy with a fantastic atmosphere. Once the food arrived the courses followed with the right time in between. The food was very very good, the accompanying wine also excellent (we think supplied from a local decent supplier). Superb valve for money. Will return again soon. We recommend strongly.

Roast last weekend was so so good. Great flavours and a lovely pub to eat in. Staff were lovely and gave us plenty of time to eat despite it being very busy. The whipped carbonara & sourdough wasn't my favourite but that's definitely just personal preference.
Only complaint is I think there could have been a bit more meat on the beef roast.

We had a brilliant meal at The Weaver’s Arms after our legal wedding ceremony. All the staff, especially Ellie were very helpful both on the day and in the run up - no easy feat when managing a group booking of 20 people. Food was excellent and great value, and we had an absolute ball. Thanks so much to everyone who looked after us really well. Sadly ate all the food far too quickly to take any pictures, but some of my favourite ever chips! Can’t wait to come back again soon.

I've had the pleasure of visiting The Weavers Arms twice for meals and numerous times for drinks, and it's become a favorite spot. The cozy interior and delightful garden make for a welcoming atmosphere. During the summer, catching a local band added a nice touch. The Croque Conscious was a class act, and on another visit, the scotch egg with chips and mayonnaise was simply brilliant. I can't find a fault, making it a go-to place for both ambiance and delicious food. Highly recommended.

A really wonderful little place! We had a meal which was delicious and the portion sizes are perfect. The setting is wonderful, cosy, warm and welcoming, particularly on the day we visited when it was pouring with rain. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

We met as a group of friends at the reopened pub. Our second visit as a group and very positive it was too. The main courses of food - chicken and ham pie, trout, butlers steak - were excellent, well prepared and presented. Good choices of beers and different to last visit.
We have booked again!

Absolutely delicious veggie Sunday lunch, probably the best I've had in Norwich to date. Loved the cauli cheese side especially. Good selection of ales and pleasant garden. Staff friendly and helpful.

As a place to drink I really enjoyed it. Great tasting local beer and a late license meant that I was really able to enjoy my night out. Great big garden out front and historical weavers house close to city centre. What a great find.
