Giant Store Norwich

Giant Norwich is a fantastic shop i have got both my Giant bikes from here over the last few years and had nothing but super service from the sales and service department i will never go any where else to buy a bike or to have it service i love my Giant talon and my escape 2 disc is lovely to ride to work on

So, finally managed to clear enough space in my garage to unbox my new 2021 Giant Fathom 1 29er today which was puchased around 5 weeks ago.
I purchased and paid online 19th January 2021 and received confirmation email straight away explaining that due to covid delivery may be delayed up to two weeks which wasn't a problem as I wasn't really ready for it but with stock around the country running out fast I needed to get one bought.
The communication with the store was good and nothing seemed too much trouble.
Pleasantly surprised, (and a bit shocked), when it turned up just 2 days later.
Wow, looks even better than the pics on any website, a nice metallic grahite grey and a lot of spec for that price bracket.
Partially assembled in the box so literally just had to fit the front wheel and pedals. It didn't/doesn't come with any but I had already purchased some nice Shimano pedals.
First ride? Gear change is nice and precise, brakes will need a bit of bedding in but early signs are encouraging and dropper seat post is smooth. I did have to add air to both tyres and a bit to the front forks being a slightly bigger chap.
My only, very slight, critisism is the freewheel being a bit noisy as in you can hear the ratchet whereas my previous Giant Fathom was silent.
All in all a cracking bike and top quality service.
I will be using this store again for future purchases and am more than happy to recommend to others. They also stock a huge range of parts and accessories, I have already purchased a bottle cage and some different grips.

New bike day here was a Great experience from start to collection. All the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. It’s no small purchase when buying a good spec EBike and was made enjoyable with no pressure, just great advice and friendly service. Can’t wait to get out on it, thanks for the bike. Over the moon is a understatement.

Originally found a bike online, contacted the Norwich store to inquire about purchasing through cycle to work scheme. Spoke to Jake at the store who was extremely helpful, and processed the sale within a few hours. Kept informed of the process, purchase through despatch at all times. Really could not fault this store, or the website, in a time when it is becoming increasingly difficult to purchase the bike that you want, this was easy.

The stock is great and the staff are really helpful. The woman serving us was really friendly and patient, going above and beyond to help us choose a bike.

Top bunch of guys in here. All really knowledgeable and always welcoming.
Had various parts fitted & services done here and the work is top notch. Phil & Mike got my stuck pedals off too (with help from the persuader bar lol 💪🏻).

Excellent service from Mike who is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about bikes. He explained very clearly the key features of the Explore E+ 1 Pro D GTS. Our test rides around the carpark really helped us decide on the key features that suited us best.

We have now brought 3 bikes from Norwich Giant. Dealt with Adam who was knowledgeable, had time to talk and answered any questions. Made whole process so easy and reassured us we were buying correct bikes. After care was just as good. Highly recommended

Went in with various queries about replacement parts, including wheels, and options for new bikes. Staff very helpful – not pushy, and happy to give advice even though they knew I wasn't necessarily going to buy. Quotes for wheels provided via email within a few days, without me chasing. Option to cancel workshop appointment was offered when it became clear that brake pads wouldn't be available in time. Good, honest service!

As a bigger guy I have been struggling to look for a suitable bike, went in store was approached by staff and we went through my needs and budget, I had my eye on the Toughroad SLR, was handed over to the mechanic team for a go over, meanwhile I looked at locks and lights, staff was knowledgeable and insightful on what the differences was.

Overall the experience was fantastic and cannot fault a thing, am very happy with my purchase and am looking forward to the years of riding ahead.

The personnel and service provided were both outstanding. They were knowledgeable and engaged in conversation quickly to ask questions to ensure I was making the correct choice with the model and type of bike. I left with a Defy model and they even setup it up to allow me to ride the bike straight out of the shop. A great team that made me feel safe with the appropriate social distancing and I will certainly be using them again. Thank you TeamGiantNorwich. Note - the Defy is a great bike.

Great range of products - bought a Stolen Goat short sleeve jersey. Other than direct from Stolen Goat, it was the only place that stocked their stuff (the only designs left on the SG website in my size, large, were pretty jazzy!)

Delighted with the jersey, but had ordered too big. Returned and was advised to call the store to see if they could hold one in the correct size. The guy I spoke to in sales was really helpful and reserved one immediately. Return was processed really quickly, with the replacement sent out straight away.

Helpful and professional. Serviced my bike and answered all my newbie questions on bike care really well. Would recommend.

Excellent service, Jacob was very knowledgable and experienced in helping me chose the correct saddle, nothing was too much trouble.
One of the other chaps adjusted my handlebars correctly and fitted some cable stops to prevent the cables from fraying.
Will definitely be shopping there again

Recently purchased my first carbon road bike from Sam and the team at the Giant store in Norwich. An excellent product and such superb service, I could not find fault in anything. My bike fitting was brilliant, Jacob certainly knows his stuff so would thoroughly recommend them.

Visited on an off chance found the support/advice from Jacob & Jake most refreshing the knowledge of the guys gave me the confidence to purchase a bike for myself and my wife. The bike fit for my wife was so worth the money. It was a pleasure dealing with people interested in providing the best service and not forcing the sale

Superb from start to finish. Bought brand new Liv Envie. Paid £200 for full fit and wow what an amazing service. Jacob was great. Took about 4 hours to go through everything. The bike is unbelievable. One very happy customer!
