Aylsham Dry Cleaners

My first time using a dry cleaners actually and was very happy to have found someone so local.

Put in a two piece suit on Thursday and got back on Monday. Suit looks like new, smells great and was nicely bagged up on pick up.

My first time I have used this dry cleaners and although I forgot my ticket with my name and phone number I was still able to collect my suit they are very efficient and at a good price.

Needed my suit for a funeral on Thursday, dropped it off to be cleaned on Tuesday, collected it on Wednesday. That's service!

The rudest staff. Went to pick up my duvet, unfortunately I had lost my ticket, went in and explained this to the gentleman behind the desk. He sighed, rolled his eyes and with an incredibly aggressive tone informed it would take 10 minutes to find it. So rude and dismissive.
Will never go there again.

Cant give less than one star otherwise i would give minus. We had some curtains recently taken up for our holiday property by their alledged seamstress, what a joke, hems not level, no pattern match, header tape not even sewn straight, one curtain left longer than the other, and even had to pay over £150 for the priviledge!!!. Have now had to have them altered again at further cost, waste of time and money and absolutely dreadful service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Have only used twice but 2 different members if staff have always been rude. Would rather travel twice the distance than use this awful place.
