Caister Vets

Took great care of my elderly dog. The lady Chloe, who examined my dog Charlie, was very friendly and very thorough. Much better vets than my previous vets.

Me and my family had to take our little fur baby to Caister Vets today to have lots of teeth out, I cannot praise them enough, they were really kind, caring and thoughtful which is so important to us. Thank you to everyone for your kindness today, Misha is doing really well 🤗🥰

Saw us whilst on holiday in Winterton. Lovely Vet, lovely staff ,very reasonably priced and had a lovely manner about them.

An extremely professional veterinary practice. Service was excellent and all of the staff were so lovely. No one wants to have to take their pet to the vets, and especially when your miles from home on holiday, but the whole experience was excellent. By the time we got there they had our medical records from home and Murdoch was examined, diagnosed & treated all ready to resume our holiday. (Prices were extremely competitive too)

I joined Caister vets as they are opening a new branch very close to my home so it's more convenient for me. I was travelling a 40 mile round trip to go to my previous vets so I was looking forward to a shorter journey and being able to walk there in better weather. As soon as they started accepting new clients again, I joined and had our first visit today at The Caister branch.
What can I say, it was an absolute pleasure to visit, all of the staff were lovely, there was a lovely atmosphere and everyone was so friendly. A real bonus was to be seen by our vet from our previous practice who has now moved to Caister vets too. Your staff are a credit to you. Well done Caister vets.

We were on holiday in Caister with our toy Poodle,
Goldie had a poorly eye,
we had three visits to the Vets the service we had was second to none we saw one man vet and two lady vets.
we would go back again if we needed a Vet on holiday.

Fantastic caring staff. The only vets practise we could find to treat our rescue dog with the patience he needs .

The vets in this practice are all lovely, I've been going there for years. they don't push unwanted medication if you don't need it. I had to have my 16 year old spaniel euthanized for her benifit, I couldn't have asked for a more peaceful goodbye and it was done with care and sympathy. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice

Well a few months have past now since…
Well a few months have past now since my beautiful Ben left and went to heaven so now I feel I can write a review for this fantastic vets unlike haven who were disgusting and was told if I can’t get him to them they won’t help and he would have to suffer even though they have a animal ambulance, but Caister vets came to my home and cared for Ben and took him in for tests unfortunately the results were not good and I had to let him go.
I don’t have the words to express how amazing these people who run the vets and the staff. They are so good and caring the love they showed to my Ben was beyond words, I could write so much more but my last words are thank you 🙏 so much for the love you showed Ben and myself I will always be eternally grateful. Xxx

I phoned and my query was referred to a vet and they got back to me quickly. The outcome was I was referred to there Rollsby practice.

Lovely staff, animals well looked after......

A big thankyou to the whole team at Caister Vets when we had an emergency with our little dog. Prompt attention at Caister led us to Rollesby for tests and immediate surgery then on to North Walsham for after care & an overnight stay. Thankfully she has recovered well all due to their amazing care. Simply the best.

Absolutely love this vets, had negative experiences with both Haven & Vet Hospital, luckily this had recently opened & transfered here, can't fault them, they will do the utmost for your furry family member, explain fully & not in vet speak, & really can't fault them when you have to say goodbyes either, they contact Rainbow Bridge if you choose cremation & you get to say goodbye, able to have fur or other keepsakes from your furry & have a memory tree in reception if you want to hang a pic of your furry there. All in all a brilliant thoughtful friendly place to take your furry x

Great vet. When you ring for an appointment you get one. An independently owned veterinary practice that puts customer service first, unlike others in the area that are owned by a corporation doing things their way without that personal touch. Well recommend.

Very pleasant environment at Rollesby. Very nice staff, good communication and kind. Genuinely seem to like animals.

We were on holiday when our dog Izzy became unwell. Having rung them they gave us an immediate appointment. The staff ensured that Izzy was not stressed and showed her great compassion. They went the extra mile to ensure we were kept informed and looked after also. If only, we had this vet where we live. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
