Went on for a coffee, had a lovely coffee in beautiful surroundings. Then saw a beautiful sideboard and ended up buying it. Most expensive coffee trip of my life but 10/10 would recommend! 😂

This was my first order with this great company but it won’t be the last. Not only was the wall canvas gorgeous it was also reasonably priced. Communication was 5star. Even with the pandemic my order arrived on time and well packaged. Thank you Auburn fox. I will be ordering from you very soon.

Finally found the sideboard/cupboard I’ve been searching for. Great help and advice from Vicky and an efficient “no drama” delivery. Hardly anything to assemble so “happy days”. Very pleased.

The products are high quality and reasonably priced and the staff are lovely. We are lucky to have them in Thrapston.

First time shopping here (online) and the quality of customer care is excellent. It’s always good to know how companies treat a customer when things don’t go quite as well as hoped. There was an issue with my delivery resulting in a damaged product. It was rectified in a matter of hours by Ian and the product was replaced within a couple of days. I will definitely be returning. Always smiling and happy to help, I seen a little cast iron Pigeon in the window while I was waiting at the traffic lights and thought I must have it, parked up, popped in and was amazed at the stock they hold, fantastic value for money and definitely a must for Thrapston high street! I ordered a bird claw photo frame and when it came the glass was cracked. I emailed Vicky and she said she would send me a new one in the post. I expected just the glass ,but a whole new frame came yesterday in perfect condition. Very very happy with my frame and the personal service. I won’t hesitate to use this company again and recommend them to everybody. We must all support small business.

Amazing first class service from this lovely humble company, I ordered a lovely bench with table and 3 chairs this was all delivered by the amazing hands of Ian to the front door, he was a lovely chap and wearing all ppe with current climate I was very impressed with knowledge that this company could offer. They went beyond there duty to ensure I was happy with what I wanted and actually listened to what I wanted.

My partner and I have spent most of this year renovating a holiday cottage. Auburn Fox have helped us to source the perfect pieces of furniture and accessories for every room of the house! From dining tables to wardrobes, wall clocks to lamps, Ian and Vicky have been amazing at finding just what we wanted! The quality of every single item has been excellent and they arranged delivery to a remote part of Scotland with no problems whatsoever! I highly recommend Auburn Fox!

Would definitely buy again from Auburn Fox, the product is of exceptional quality and the service was second to none, particularly in view of the looming second lockdown, they pulled out all the stops to ensure our delivery happened owing to the warehouse storing the product threatening to close which was out of Auburn Fox’s control. They arranged an alternative courier at their own cost and promptly replied to all my communications, keeping me well informed at every stage. I found this shop on Instagram, and ordered some beautiful Christmas decorations. They arrived really fast and most importantly were extremely well wrapped so no chance of breakage. I was so happy with the purchase Auburn Fox has become my guilty lockdown pleasure, ordering candles and more lovely home goodies. Hopefully 2021 will release us from lockdown and I'll be able to visit the shop in person when in the area!! Can't recommend highly enough.

Honestly, this place is one of the best places I have been in for a very long time! They have got so much variation and so many different, beautiful items. To top it off, Vicky and Ian are two of the nicest people to deal with and are happy to help you with absolutely anything, nothing is too much trouble. They haven't been open long but I highly recommend going and have a look, especially now they have all of their Christmas stock in! Spread the word, this place is a hidden gem.
