The Buttery Cafe

Enjoyed the most delicious lunch here today. We were a large table of 7 and all of our drinks and food came out together and hot! Food was fantastic and a great menu. Fruit crumbles and cakes were yummy too! All staff members very friendly and accommodating. Thank you.

Had the most amazing evening at The Buttery making a Christmas wreath. It was a very Christmassy atmosphere complete with mulled wine; making the wreath was great fun and the food outstanding, a delicious fondue followed by mince pies. The service was faultless and would highly recommend this hidden gem in Woodford.

After recommendations for a cars&coffee type vibe myself and a friend could go to for an early morning coffee with our cars ;) we opted for this place.

Lovely views and good food, we sat outside, put the world to rights while taking in the countryside.

I will definitely return here, perhaps with more of us.

They are amazing here!! I hired for my sister baby shower and they was just amazing!!! I can’t recommend enough the food was lush!! The service the ladies provided was the best!! So happy!! Thank you guys soooo much!!

We’ve just taken my mum to the buttery for breakfast on her 70th birthday and it did not disappoint!
Service was quick and friendly, food was both quality and quantity.

Outstanding. Great service. Alcohol available which is a bonus. Food is lovely and the farm shop next door is equally as good.

We went there for breakfast, I must say we really enjoyed the meal, it was delicious, not only that the sausages bacon Black pudding and eggs you can get door in the farm shop. We've been back for a couple of meals now and can't fault anything. Plus the staff are very friendly and helpful to.

This is actually a review for the farm shop, sorry Buttery! I just wanted to say I popped in yesterday to buy a few bits , we’ve discovered your biscuits are so yummy, so much more yummier than my recent purchase of biscuits at that famous well known shop in London which name begins with an F&M!!! Bravo Greedy Gordon’s!

Food tasty and plentiful. Excellent customer service. In conversation with Mel I explained I was also scouting the cafe and farm shop as somewhere to bring my parents. Mum is in an electric wheelchair so would get into the cafe OK but couldn't get back out as there was a small lip, too high for her chair to get up. I was so impressed when she immediately said she'd order a rubber slope they could put down and she'd have it sorted within the week. True to her word she did and my husband and I took my 88 & 90yr old parents there on Thursday for a lovely lunch. Dad thoroughly enjoyed his steak and kidney pudding, washed down with a bottle of cider and a glass of red wine! Definitely won't be our last visit.

What a gorgeous find! This was our first trip and certainly not our last. Delicious breakfast and excellent service. Everyone is very friendly and happy to help in any way. Bonus points for being dog friendly; our puppy greatly enjoyed the sausages and she even got treats from the staff.

Another great addition to the Greedy Gordons Pub Group selection! Local to the Red Lion in Cranford and was great to try out the cafe. Delicious food! Would advise booking in advance at the weekends

Lovely place to have breakfast, lunch etc. Food cooked fresh so nice and hot. Staff always happy and dogs are welcome.
