I would like to say how outstanding Cas was to me today when I came to the Genius Bar about a faulty product. He went above and beyond to help me today and I am so greatful for his service. Previous to this I had had a rather poor encounter with a employee who was very rude and dismissive about my faulty apple product. I was apprehensive coming to the Apple store today but the friendly, welcoming and attentive service of Cas made my week so much brighter.

Thanks again to Cas for making a stressed student feel slightly more at ease - a warm and friendly service really does go along way.

Quite spacious interior, classic apple design language, friendly staff, not harassing the customers with constant "can I help you". Good visit overall.

Really good service provided from the knowledgeable staff working here.

Had a couple of issues with my iPhone 13, brought it in for a service repair and the staff here were super helpful and dealt with the issues no problem. They even gave me a free screen protector for a slightly longer than normal wait time.

Would definitely recommend!

I have visited this store many times over the years and have always had prompt, friendly and efficient service. There is always someone there to greet you and direct you to the appropriate service.

Travelled 46 miles by bus to get my iPhone 12 repaired under warranty. The staff pulled out all the stops by getting my repair completed in super quick time so I wouldn’t miss the last bus home. Meant a lot to me.

My iPhone Wi-Fi and Bluetooth toggle switch in settings would not turn on Sunday morning randomly it just failed resets and restarts still did not resolve the issue, but luckily it was still in warranty they gave me an appointment for 3:00pm they had it checked and got it in repair for me and finished by 4:00pm on a Sunday! Amazing! Apparently they had to replace every bit of components as the motherboard and a chipset failed and they almost basically gave me a new iPhone, to my surprise on the receipt it cost a large amount and it was all covered by warranty! The only thing I can pick at is they had to factory reset so just make sure you have stuff backed up which I did thankfully! And they needed my ID before repairing as I don’t drive I walked to the store and had to go back home to get my ID and had to rush back before they shut at 4:30pm give them the do they did wait for me 10 minutes after closing time, I was exhausted and I asked a staff member if I could have some water but they didn’t have the supplies but never mind! I shouldn’t complain it got repaired free! I definitely recommend Apple has far more superior customer care in store and online than other electronic brands.

I just wanted to thank Matty and the kind lady in the Apple shop that helped me with my
Phone today.
From the very start it’s really very good to see staff monitoring on the door and still only letting so many customers in at a time, other shops could learn a lesson from this instead on now just sticking signs up hoping people follow them and disappearing to do another job. On each occasion I return to see if my phone was ready your system worked saving cueing time outside Apple.
When I first went in my Orginal issue was the battery needed replacing but after being diagnosed and a keen eye for detail Matty noticed that my screen was out of alignment from my phone slightly and that my battery may be causing this. He explained what would happen as the Genius Bar was going to try and fix in store but if for any reason they where unable I would be lent a loan phone. Most people treat their phones like there babies , I treat mine like my right arm as it has all my information stored and crypted onto it, however he assured me that no data would be lost and true enough no passwords or codes where lost.
I had to hang around Norwich for 3 hrs but on
My return I was pushed to the front of the cue where I was met by the really helpful lady that had helped me earlier on in the cue. She explained it had all been taken care of under warranty and that I had nothing to pay. She was also able to answer another technical question that I was unsure of.
Both Matty and her helped me out today and went beyond the scope of their duty.
I tried to get an email address for the store so I could email a letter of thanks but was told they don’t have one so this is hopefully the next best way of them being recognised for their hard work by there manager.

Apple once again showing how to treat their customers.
My 4/5 year old (Apple Refurbished too) Macbook Pro died on Friday evening; it refused to turn on, despite my best efforts. Completed a support request on the Apple website and booked the first available appointment with their Support Team. It took their 'Genius' about 5-10 minutes to pop off the back and reset the SMC (something to do with the power management) and all was sorted! Worth every penny of the cost of the Macbook when the back up and support is like this. Sadly I didn't catch the name of the person who fixed my Macbook, but thank you, your truly lived up to the Apple name!

Cannot fault the service I received today from the moment I arrived (without an appointment) to walking out with a replacement for my faulty iPad which had been bought elsewhere. Particular thanks to Ruby. Absolute first class service. Thank you

Another brilliant experience at Apple Norwich Self inflicted problem with MacBook which I couldn’t afford to replace after dropping it so I went in to look for a keyboard for my iPad. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful - showing me 3 different options and assuring me that if I didn’t like what I purchased when I got home they would refund me.

Second time we've visited, each around a year apart,
service was perfect,
plenty staff at hand to help,
every current device available to view and test,
the in store overview on devices helps you compare and see what's new and different.
Staff were very helpful, and most products are available to take home.

Parking is adequate, not the best, but it does the job.
Prices for parking is fine.

Even though I had to wait for over an hour at the genius bar, I would still give the Apple store 5 stars. All staff were super friendly and accommodating. Ruby was the genius who helped me. An absolute star! She was multitasking attending more than one person and being so polite and professional. She went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. @apple store Norwich, " Ruby is an asset, give her a raise. "

Could not access to Facetime on my i pad. Made an appointment and was seen on time. The young man , Marcus, sorted out the problem in ten minutes , I somehow how had two Apple ids . He was , knowledgeable friendly ,calm and a pleasure to meet. Well done and thank you
