I received excellent service from Gerald Giles. My washing machine needed replacing after 9 years of use. Within 24 hours i had a new machine, plumbed in ready to go at a very competitive price. I will definitely use Gerald Giles again, the staff are so helpful.

I have bought a number of items from Gerald Giles over the years. I find their sales (especially Phil Canessa) are knowledgeable but not pushy and their delivery & installation process very slick and professional. Very rarely are there issues but, if one crops up, they are very swift to respond and resolve. Fantastic team.

I made an online purchase (with a great discount), and the item was delivered quickly. I noticed the appliance wasn't working as it should have been, so got in touch with Gerard Giles' customer service and they couldn't have been more helpful. Shani helped me organise the replacement and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend!

This company are nothing short of FANTASTIC. I ordered a Bosch mixer, at a very competitive price, which arrived promptly.
Unfortunately the mixer was slightly damaged in transit. I spoke to Shani, a real customer service star, who has resolved the issue promptly and professionally. True customer service - I could not recommend more highly!

Polite, helpful & knowledgeable shop staff. They didn’t pressure me to make my purchasing decision.

Helped me out during lock down with a washing machine, now a new Samsung TV. Old TV stopped working, took a visit to the store at Ber Street, old school face to face transaction try it. it's better than online shopping. They didn't have the TV in stock, so instead, they packaged up the display model, out of the door in minutes.

I had had trouble getting the fridge I wanted as it was a narrow model and there weren’t many available but Gerald Giles found one and their service over the phone was excellent. There were no problems with delivery and fitting it in either. Excellent all round.

After purchasing a KitchenAid stand mixer from Gerald Giles, it sadly broke and we were advised to send back to KitchenAid for a repaid as the device was still under warranty. After almost 2 months of trying to contact KitchenAid to no avial, we decided to contact Gerald Giles to see if they had a direct contact and if they could help us!
Shani and the Team couldn't have been more helpful and soon the issue was rectified. This wasn't their issue to resolve, but their outstanding customer service was very much appreciated and we would definitely purchase from and deal with Gerald Giles again in the future (not for a KitchenAid item though!)

Our most recent purchase was a set of Bose ear buds in Baltic Blue. The product is brilliant, very comfortable to wear and has a choice of soft ear inserts. The storage case charges the buds via a USB lead. The most innovative thing is how you can pause sound or adjust volume by simply passing a finger over the right ear bud... brilliant sound and connects easily to any Bluetooth device.

The Gerald Giles sales team always provide unbiased product information. Their after sales support and service is amongst the best we have ever experienced. An excellent independent sales and service provider.

Ordering was simple and it was easy to arrange installation. Installation went well and the equipment being replaced was taken away without fuss. The new TV is working well. I am very happy with the service Gerald Giles gave me.

There was a delay in my new washing machine being delivered to Gerald Giles but they had one in house for a customer who did not want delivery for a while. So they allocated that delivery to me so that I wasn’t kept waiting for too long. Great service as always.

Went into town to look at Cordless vacuum cleaners. I knew Gerald Giles stocked good brands.
The assistant was very attentive & knowledgeable. Had a demonstration. Not at all pushy. We had looked elsewhere but preferred the GG approach.

Have used Gerald Giles / Snellings twice this year owing to the excellent customer service we have received previously. A new large Bosch fridge freezer was installed with the utmost care and we are really pleased with it. Just recently we went to Gerald Giles again re a new TV soundbar because my hearing is getting worse. Josh gave us excellent advice ( no pressure just so helpful). The Sonos Beam and Sub Mini made a huge positive difference to intelligibility but is expensive. Josh informed us Sonos had good discounts near Black Friday. Better still he arranged a phone call to us when the 20% discount occurred. Excellent customer service- and I can now enjoy the TV so much more with the Sonos system. Gerald Giles/ Snellings are a brilliant company to deal with.
