Dadford Road Campsite & Parking

Come here for events a few times a year, always a pleasure!
Only thing is the shower block, be careful in summer as the water gets scolding hot!!

Booked here last minute for the F1 Silverstone (2023) and it was ideal!!! Yes you have to be prepared and aware that is a field first, campsite second but, the staff are super helpful, the location is great and the main shower block is brilliant. Would 100% stay again and recommend.

I’d just like to say thank you for making our stay, and our week a great experience.

We were parked in the first field just to the right of the oak tree.

We have stayed here two years on the trot, and simply love it.

So thanks to the family at the farm, and thanks to your team.

The facilities are enough and get better with each year passing.
The staff work very hard to ensure things run smoothly, despite the enormity of the busy weekend influx at the grand prix.

F1 2023

100% as expected and we'd definitely book here again for the F1.. It might not be to everybody's taste as its a field, you pitch your tent and camp. There's cleanish toilets and showers, somewhere to dump your rubbish. From where we were sited it was a 35 minute walk to the race track entrance. Our tenting neighbours were very pleasant. Winner winner as far as we were concerned especially as we left via the back exit at 17.30hrs and were back in Kent within 3 hours.

Beautiful place well maintained, I was here for a 4 day event called Empire.

The property staff were busy and helpful a couple vehicles got stuck in the mud and they had tractors on hand.

The only things was the toilets although generally maintained, the water ran out and the toilets could have used a check up a little more regularly but otherwise fab camping stay. I do understand that there were 3000+ people at the event, given that all round fabulous job.

Side note - there was a power cut However they quickly got the electricians out and the generator running again.

The campsite is situated really close to the vale corner entrance of the silverstone circuit which is ideal for easy access.
The staff are very helpful when approached and the owner is a lovely person who is very kind.
The built in facilities are exactly what you need to get by for the weekend and the price as I write this is very reasonable for the location and amenities offered

We have stayed here a few times now for silverstone, we used to stay at woodlands (10 years) and lichlake before that but woodlands went downhill massively from 2021, catering more for those who preferred the 3am party and loud music. so for 2022 we explored other options and tried Dadford road and loved it, we then booked it again for 2023 and again were really happy, the staff on site are great, the campsite is nice and relaxed. Roll on 2024.

Perfect for a Grand Prix weekend. Walking distance from Stowe gates, burger van on site much cheaper than track vendors and plenty of space to pitch up comfortably

Stay here every time for BSB. Don't need EHU. Shower block a bit stark but clean and well stocked. Close to track (across the road from the Circuit campsite). Always easy to book, (cash on arrival), and the price is right. Fill your boots it's a good site.

This team are amazing we turned up at woodlands in a motorhome but because we didn’t have electric hookup they wouldn’t let us on. We headed to Dadford and These guys saved our day and found us pitch thank you so much for saving our silverstone . See you next year

Used this for parking on both Saturday and Sunday (leaving in between as we were staying elsewhere) for the F1 this year. Entrance was very smooth and easy on both days and staff were well coordinated and helpful. Leaving on Saturday was also very quick and easy, there was traffic outside but that's the be expected, the parking itself was well managed though.
Sunday unfortunately took hours to leave the car park, but through no fault of the staff there as there had been a crash outside which meant that no roads were moving whatsoever. Staff remained helpful, as informative as they could possibly be given the limited information they had available to them, and very patient. One of the owners even came down to show face and apologise. Great customer service and very well run, just unfortunate outside circumstances. Would definitely use again.

really nice & chilled site, not as loud as some of the others close to the circuit. Toilets / showers cleaned and stocked regularly. Relaxed approach to pitching is great.

Catering could be better - surely a great opportunity to undercut the high circuit prices. Catering van was good but couldn't keep up with demand.

Stayed here the last 2 times we've been to F1 GP. Great value for money. Although they don't have any entertainment on site I prefer to be able to have a shower every day which we haven't done at other sites near by. The addition of another shower block and toilets is very welcome. Very well organised and all the staff are very helpful. The Shop is great for essentials. Definitely be staying here on our next visit.

Great campsite for the F1 this weekend. 10 -15 min walk to the track, friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't ask for anymore. People are moaning on here about car park exit, but campsite cannot be blamed for an accident on the main road and the volume of traffic from ALL car parks! I'll be definitely looking to stay here again next year.

After many years of following the F1 & staying at The Dadford Camp Site,opposite the Silverstone Track, I am pleased to say we're off again very soon to camp once more. The family run campsite always provides us the hot showers in a great shower block, always spotlessly clean, with washing up & fresh water facilities.
Also Catering vans are in the corner of the field, these range from hog roast, burger van, jacket potato van, pizza ( in the past) plenty to chose from.. I hasten to add there not there all at the same time, different morning/evening .. different van. The family are very friendly & nothing is any trouble if you ask. Camp site has rules to keep everyone safe & belonging secure.
Would highly recommend for tents, caravans, camper vans... plenty of room.

The best thing about the campsite is the staff. They were all so friendly and happy to help. Especially Andrea. She had a really rude and aggressive customer to deal with, and she did it so professionally.
The location is great. I can’t believe you can stay so close to the track for £20 a night. People have complained on here about the facilities. I’m not sure what they are expecting staying on a working farm for such little money. Maybe they should pay double the amount at once of the neighbouring sites. Also, there is a complaint about the lack of entertainment. This is what drew us here. There is plenty of evening entertainment at the track, but we wanted to be able to then sleep at night. If you are after entertainment then this isn’t the site for you. We have just rebooked for next year 👍🏼

Perfect spot to park up in our campervan for a couple of nights so we could watch the moto GP at silverstone. Friendly staff upon arrival and only a 10 minute stroll to get to the circuit. Will use again next year

My fiancé and I have just stayed this weekend for Moto gp…. The staff here are amazing and so friendly, the young lady on the front gate was very informative and helpful also the lovely gentleman who showed us to our pitch…. For a campsite it was clean, good showers and toilets and most of all it was a lovely atmosphere…. We will stay again thank you again guys for the brilliant weekend.

I camped here for the British Grand Prix weekend and had a ball! Ok so the amenities are basic but they're adequate for keeping yourself fed, watered and clean. The atmosphere is brilliant and everyone is friendly and helpful if you do have a problem.
