Asda Norwich Superstore

Great supermarket has a lot of options and stocks, a wide variety of English and international foods. Fresh fruit and vegetables which is always good. They make pizza's onsite and also has a hot food deli counter.

Perfectly Located in convinient place.Was fully loaded on Saturday evening.Went for little 1 day shopping,end up buying much more than that.I highly recommend,not to forget to scan your Club card as I did,cuz this can save you a lot of bucks .All fruits and vegs was very fresh also.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Many recognise me, smile and say, "Hello" and that makes me feel they care which is gratifying. Much of my grocery shopping is done at ASDA and I really like the fast self-scan checkouts which are ideal when I have just a few items.

Wow! I am lost for words, amazing ,brilliant and all things bright and beautiful. Would recommend even if ur a Tesco lover! I will be back ;)

It’s quite a big store. You’ll definitely get a variety of items both in groceries, appliances and or clothing. Self service check outs are available so is human assisted check outs. ASDA prices are also relatively reasonable.

It is such a shame people are stock shopping during this time the basic essentials have gone and the shelves are bare to the bone, before all this shambles asda is a family friendly place where you can get all your shopping needs the staff are helpful and friendly,

used to work here, nice big shop, terrible car park, staff discount on maccies brings it up to a 5 though.

The Staff here are brilliant, nothing is too much bother. Sadly there are fewer these days, and the machines they replace them with lack their friendliness and personal service.

Yesterday, my partner and I visited Asda Norwich Superstore to pick up a few needed things. I had a good laugh 😄 reading through some reviews online before going. It's funny how many low ratings came from people who probably haven't worked in retail before. As someone who understands the challenges of stocking shelves, I knew not to expect everything to be perfectly stocked at the exact moment we were there.

But you know what? As we wandered through the aisles, I was pleasantly surprised. The shelves looked neat and well-organized, and it was clear that the staff had put effort into making everything presentable. 🛒 Despite the size of the store, it didn't feel overwhelming or chaotic. I found it relatively easy to navigate.

To make things even more convenient, I decidtriedAsda Scan and Go app. I was sceptical as I'm not tech savvy, but it was a breeze. 📱 I scanned the items I wanted to purchase with my phone and placed them in my cart. No issues whatsoever! It made the whole shopping experience more efficient, and I appreciated the cits convenience have to say; I was a bit puzzled about one thing. I couldn't find the scanners at the front of the store where I expected them to be. Maybe I missed them, or perhaps they were in a different location, but luckily, I had the app to rely on. It saved me from any inconvenience or confusion. 🤔

Now hHere'slightful surprise we stumbled upon – a McDonald's 🍔 inside the store! It was a nice touch and made it convenient for us to grab dinner while we were there. We didn't expect to find a fast food option within a grocery store, but it was an excellent solution.

All in all, our trip to Asda Norwich Superstore was a positive experience. Despite some of the negative reviews I had read beforehand, I found the shelves well-stocked and the store overall well-maintained. The Scan and Go app worked like a charm, and the presence of McDonald's added a fun element to our shopping trip. I left feeling satisfied, knowing that if I were to return in the future, I wouldn't encounter any significant issues.

So, for those sceptical about the negative reviews, I encourage you to give Asda Norwich Superstore a chance. It's a well-organized and convenient shopping destination where you can find everything you need and even enjoy a meal at McDonald's. 😉👍

For staff member MAXINE - Went to Asda Monday 3.4.23 and one item I wanted was on the top shelf and there was one box left but it was pushed right to the back. No way I could reach. Went to get help, a wonderful and always friendly lady called Maxine put a call out for me to get help then noticed five minutes later no one was helping so she came and retrieved this very awkward box from the back of the shelf even though she was busy herself and she did it all with friendliness and a smile on her face!

Really well-sized Asda, with really good parking facilities. I find it to be quite cheap. £3.50 for 8 cans of Dr Pepper seemed good to me considering other shops prices.

Very good bought several things for the grandchildren, food etc

Good overall brands off food .also a good selection off house hold stuff,also MC Donalds on site

Always my go to place for shopping. Handy as it is only a ten minute walk from where I live. As a typical supermarket, it has everything you need and hardly ever out of stock on the brands you want. Staff are always helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant shopping experience. Shop is a testament to customer service.

Always great to do groceries shopping here. Lovely staff and exceptional customer care. So many varieties of goods to choose from too. Have all brands and selection of ice cream too 😊

I've been shopping here for years.
It's probably the best Asda I've been to.
Incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need.
It can get busy though!
