Great cafe for scones and cake or breakfast and some lunch options tea and coffee

John Lewis has a good name. I was on holiday and my brother was looking for a new digital radio. This store is massive and it is located in a very large shopping centre in Leicester. The centre appeared to be pretty new.
We were also looking for lunch and the options in the cafe were very good and it wasn't that expensive. I opted for the Scotch Broth which was very tasty and a good helping. The cafe was busy but we got a seat as it is has plenty room.
My brother got his radio and we had a lovely lunch. All very good for us thank you.

A giant store, almost a full shopping centre all in itself. It has many levels with various departments, from clothes, to furniture, to electronics and more. The great thing about this one is the location, right in the centre of town, attached to the Highcross Shopping Centre.

A great positive is that this store pretty much has its own parking. You can walk straight from the car park into the store, or carry on into the square.

Large, modern department store in the heart of Leicester City Centre. Easy access from High cross Shopping Centre or via its own car park. Huge range of high quality goods from clothes, gifts, jewellery, makeup, electrical goods etc etc. with the service you come to expect from the John Lewis brand. Highly recommended.

Helpful staff and I trust John Lewis a lot. Decent competitive prices and good quality products 99% of the time. Online deals are also pretty great. Online ordering with in-store pickup is easy, fast and efficient. Proud to have a John Lewis in Leicester. A shame they closed so many stores in the UK over recent years. All my non local family are jealous we have one here haha!

I had a brilliant experience having both of my daughters feet measured and buying their shoes at John Lewis Leicester on 25/1/23. Unfortunately I don't recall the lady's name (I wish I did) but she was brilliant. My eldest needs insoles so not straightforward and my youngest is toddler who unfortunately was overtired... But she kept my youngest entertained 'helping' and still managed to carefully measure my eldest's feet, brought out countless pairs of shoes and didn't give up until we were all happy with the fit and style. As a bonus she even found some shoes for my youngest which were in the sale, but still compared the fit of these to others to ensure they were right. A really helpful and enjoyable experience. I definitely felt she knew what she was doing. We will be buying here from now on.

It is a large store located at the Highcross shopping center in Leicester There are many products for the home, such a forniture and furnishing; from toys to electronics and ,course, household appliances of all kinds could not be missing. Surely the customer is spoiled for choice, but unfortunately not in the price, which in my opinion is expensive. Now that we are close to Christmas, the shop has been euriched which decorations and sparkling lights to make it and almost magical place for the visitor;all products for sale are displayed with care and elegance. It is important to point out that this shop has a large parking lot that is always open;while on the upper floor there is a bar, where you can enjoy a good coffee. Although prices are expensive, I highly recommend going to visit.

Great environment, the parking lot is large and the roads are friendly, which makes it very convenient for us with children.

Purchased TV from John Lewis Leicester. Amazing service, detailed information, delivered as scheduled, special recognition to KIsh who works in Nottingham too. Top class.

Visited yesterday. This store has got its customer service to perfection. Every member of staff we either passed or were approached by was friendly, happy to help and knowledgeable. I thought that customer service was a thing of the past but clearly not. Store had stunning Christmas displays!

I was excited when I entered John Lewis they have everything it sure an amazing feeling and experience.

Always clean, plenty of Covid-19 notice, hand sanitiser everywhere. Always find what you need. Always happy with their products and services. Plenty of staffs to help you around when you need.

Holly at the luggage department was absolutely FANTASTIC today.
I really hope she gets a promotion.. the level of effort and time she took to go through everything with me meant so much to me.
I was really struggling to get the right case for my autistic daughter's needs...
As a result I purchased a luggage case more expensive than originally planned and have a very happy little 7 year old and yes Holly if you ever read this review all of my daughter's stuffed cats fit in.
Holly is an absolutely beautiful soul, her dedication stood out above all.. wishing you health and hopefully a career progression you certainly are the reason why I will be shopping at John Lewis again

We have recently bought some furniture from the Leicester store. Whilst we did have a few niggly problems with the John Lewis phone service (sadly appears to have been moved out of the UK), I have to say that the staff in the store furniture department were absolutely amazing. They spent quite some time looking for a specific table that we wanted (and was somewhere in store) and then sorted out our complete order and nothing seemed too much trouble for them ….

After a less than ideal experience with online ordering & subsequent visit to the Leicester store, Andrew & his team there were able to provide a swift solution. Very friendly & able to deliver an expedited resolution where the online Customer Service fell way short of the mark. Thanks guys 😊👍

A great experience at the Highcross Store on Saturday! My fiance and I went to the fabric section to find fabric by the roll for chair sashes and the service was brilliant. Stefan was friendly and his product knowledge was incredible. He guided us through measurements, fabric properties and also gave us advice on the best tools for cutting a particular fabric. If the company offers bonuses for great employee reviews, I'd really like for Stefan to receive something. He deserves it.

John Lewis is always golden.
Stores are well set out and staff actually want to help. The bathrooms are also way better than those in the highcross
