Pottergate Apartments - Serviced Accommodation in Norwich

Checkin was hassle-free and as per instructions provided earlier. Rooms are a bit small but clean. Kitchen was well equipped. I stayed there for 35 days and weekly cleaning was done by them on Mondays. Super plus is the location which is just within the city center.

Came to our rescue and put us up on a few hours notice. Extremely kind and efficient. Will stay again!!

Fully furnished apartment with comprehensive kitchen appliances, serviced weekly by a very personable and helpful guy who was always reachable by telephone if required. The location was within 5 minutes casual walk to Norwich City Market place. Enclosed courtyard for reasonably secure parking. Our contact with bookings was a most helpful and obliging guy, who we later learned was a director of the Company. This indeed was a HOME FROM HOME and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for stressless short or medium term accommodation.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and really enjoyed the experience. The location of the apartments is so close to the centre of Norwich and is really fantastic and convenient.

The apartment itself was furnished beautifully and had most of the key essentials- but I would say bring your own pair of scissors!

The staff were also excellent, big thank you to Richard who was fantastic! During our stay they helped me locate a parcel that had been misplaced (by the postie) and were so professional & (crucially) responsive to emails.

Fantastic apartment in a great location right in the centre but at the same time it is a quiet street. Lots of lovely cafes in the area and only a short walk to the cathedral! Clean, spacious and comfortable with everything you need.
The booking process was seemless and Richard was so helpful thank you very much 😊

Wonderful comfortable place to stay in the heart of Norwich, easy access to all the great cafes, restaurants and art. 5 mins walk to the wonderful Norwich Market. Great customer service, easy communications. Highly recommended.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and the apartments are lovely. Clean, comfortable bed, well equipped, close to town centre. Everything you could wish for.
