This is the best holiday ever.
All inclusive which includes 3 meals a day and if you are still hungry at 11pm a very limited selection varies each evening.
Lots of Alcoholic drinks included and soft drinks and tea and coffee which are all so all inclusive.
There are obviously quite a lot of Alcoholic drinks that are not included and you pay for these but there are loads of choices free for everyone.
The swimming pool is Excellent and the Sauna steam room and Jacuzzi is brilliant.
Loads of activities including the number one choice is the Indoor Bowling which is excellent.
The Restaurant is excellent lovely helpful friendly staff with lots of choices and Carvery is included every night.
The entertainment shows are excellent with some great singing and dancing.
Potters Resort is rather expensive but when you take into account that you don't pay for any food and lots of All inclusive drinks included it really is great value for money.

This was my first visit to Potters and I was impressed right from the start. Nothing was too much for the staff always around to help. All areas of the resort were spotless throughout the time we were there. The restaurant had great menus to choose from with for something for everyone. Food was very good and the service was prompt. Activities through out the morning and afternoon. In the evening there were early events and to crown the day the shows were well up to the standard of the west end shows. An excellent stay and I am looking forward to the next one. Superb is how I class it especially the fully inclusive price.

Great resort, entertainment fantastic and all the events are free - rifle shoots, arts and crafts and sports hall. Gym is amazing as us the pool and sauna/steam and jacuzzi. Lots of food choices. Been 3 times and it’s such value for money.

The bungalows are really well equipped and comfortable.

The only thing is I bring my own pillow which is down as their pillows can be a bit hard.

Had a great time at World Bowls. First time at Potters but have booked for next year. All staff very friendly and helpful. Food, drink and shows excellent. Jack Jenkins kept us well entertained. Mel, our waitress was excellent.

Just came home from a great weekend at Potters. This trip was a birthday present for my partner and coincided with our 15 year anniversary and our first trip away just the 2 of us. Was pure relaxation visit and we weren't disappointed. From our room to the facilities, dinning areas and bars 🍸 it was all wonderful. So clean and well organised everywhere you turned. All staff were very friendly and very welcoming. Loved the fact you get you own assigned table in the restaurant during your stay . Evening entertainment was next level was fantastic truly amazing. Need to start planning a return visit.

Well I must say Potters was everything people said it would be and even better. Can't believe the quality and service provided. Activities and entertainment were first class, accommodation and food 5*. Outstanding fabulous stage shows every night with top quality entertainers.
On the plus side, I met some wonderful people that I regard as friends and certainly will be back asap.
A big thank you and well-done to all Potters staff.

There isn't much at all to complain about apart from a drafty door if staying in a bungalow and facing the sea and it is windy. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Food was delicious and so much choice. Entertainment was great and very professional. Definitely go back especially for the World bowls!

Comfy & clean rooms. Food was perfect even for me considering I’m a fussy non meat eater! Entertainment was top class definitely something for all tastes. My second stay and will definitely be returning.

Excellent in so many ways, 4 stars food, 4 stars entertainment...although 7 stars for exceptional brilliance...Brian opera singer...though only one performance. Too much 'comedy', really not that funny. Potters band 5 stars, performance of Queen 7 stars stunning. Overall staff ethos and culture 7 stars...we loved it.

Wow this place is fantastic!

The place itself is huge and plenty of things to do how ever two things that let the place down is the games you have to book and queue up early if you are not there early enough you won't get a spot booked and it's very limited amount of people that can take part each session big let down this is...

Food is ok could do with a few more options but it's nice and staff are very helpful!

The shows in the evening in the theatre are incredible the sets on stage and staff are amazing!!!

Rooms are also lovely and clean and spacious!

Having stayed @ Potters Resorts many times over the past 12
years,& more recently over the past 2 years stayed @ both Hopton 3 times & Five Lakes twice. It just gets better every time.
The shows are Fantastic (West End Standard) the food is excellent such variety. Jack Jenkins is so funny & entertaining also Brian Graves wonderful voice. All staff always happy & pleased to help. When ever we leave we just cant wait to return.

PS Our only wish is that there were more rooms in the hotel @ Hopton with walk in showers.

Was here today as a Day Visitor, for the World Indoor Bowls Championship.
Everything I've heard about Potters is true..
The place is welcoming, immaculate and the staff will do ANYTHING they can to assist.
The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was electric.

Nothing to fault! Just simply amazing.

Love our yearly Xmas girlie family getaway with our mum who has incurable cancer. She loves it here and so do we.

Love the quiz’s and entertainment. Foid and drinks are excellent and most of all the friendly staff!!!

First time at Potters, we usually go to one of the other adult only hols but fancied a break, and with it being all-inclusive, we decided to give it a go. We were not disappointed. The place was clean, bright and airy. The decor was great. The staff were professional and so happy and helpful. The food, all four meals a day were not to be missed, although we missed supper one night as just weren't hungry.
Already checking the calendar for next year. Can't wait. Oh, and the ents were fantastic too. So much going on here that I completely forgot about them, 😆 🤣

I Come back to potters about twice a year if possible.
You cannot get enough of a good thing.
Been coming back for the last 16 years.
Home from Home. I get withdrawal symptoms now if i don't come back. Choice of 2 resorts now both brilliant and getting better year on year. As a family run firm. Millions of £s. are ploughed back into the business every year on improvements and it show s great.

If you want first class accommodation, brilliant service and a fantastic break- potters resort is for you. The entertainment is excellent and the staff are amazing. We were so impressed by how inclusive they truly are. We can’t wait to go back.

Great place. Lots of activities to keep you occupied. Good food and drinks. Staff amazing, nothings a problems and any issues resolved immediately.

My wife and I stayed at Hopton for a week over Halloween, we stayed in a Hotel Premier room which was fantastic very spacious and very clean, Perfect in every way. The food is of a very high quality and all staff are excellent especially Chris our waiter who helped my wife with allergy advice at all meal times. The Evening shows are as good as the west end, and all staff very pleasant and friendly this is a great place to stay and will be returning very soon. Would Recommend a stay here or Five Lakes both are Excellent value for money 💰.

Absolutely great. No problem with food. Everything you fancy. Drinks are all in. Fun things to do. Entertainment fabulous bingo great but could be longer. They cater for all events anniversaries birthdays etc.

Had brilliant time . Plenty to do all day, great entertainment in the evening all very professional.Meals excellent with plenty of choice All the staff very friendly & helpful. Bungalow very clean & well equipped although bathroom was a little bit 'snug' Cherry on the cake 'All Inclusive' we've booked to come back next July see you then.
