Engineers came out promptly and diagnosed the fault. As soon as the parts arrived they fitted them and got everything working again. Excellent customer service.

My Washing Machine’s Motor went and they came straight away on time they were supposed to in the time slot. Very quick and efficient! Can’t fault the man who changed it was very friendly. Now have a perfect good washing machine again. Thank You!

Exceptional service. We had a complicated and difficult boiler replacement and all the office staff, surveyors and engineers we dealt with were extremely supportive and professional. We had to make numerous changes to the install (due to problems at our end) and nothing was a problem. Twice they sent staff out within the hour to reassess the job and reassure us. The install itself was excellent and the team were very highly skilled and hard working. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. The engineers are very very experienced and have a great knowledge of gas boiler installation and plumbing. The engineers are friendly, polite and very thorough from the start to the completion of the work they carry out. Their customer service is excellent and the customer after care is great. This company certainly do what it says on the tin. Overall they are second to none. I would recommend this company and their engineers to anyone. You cannot get a service like this anymore. 10/10.

I had an engineer out to my washing machine repair . Engineer was very courteous and kept me informed regarding my repair . I was advised that the engineer would call between 8~9 the engineer called the night before to advise what time he would be attending so I didn't have to wait in all day.
The seal was damaged on my machine and the engineer had the part on the van so was able to repair on the day . Excellent service would recommend to family and friends

Engineer Chris came to do a survey and assess whether we needed a new boiler. Explained everything fully and was very friendly and professional. Great service. We are looking forward to someone coming to install a new boiler.

I have been a Heating Care customer with 0800 Repair since 2012, during this time I have always found the staff reliable, competent and friendly, they have never disappointed and always ensure that I am kept fully up to date throughout any repair/service and I always receive a call on the day of an appointment to advise when the engineer is on his way, this company is extremely trustworthy, so much so that I also chose them to replace by old boiler in 2014 and this has been maintained by 0800 repair ever since. – The service is beyond satisfactory and I would recommend them to anyone.

Contacted 0800 Repair about replacing boiler they were very helpful and explained everything very clearly.Have had first two surveys and can't fault their engineers so polite helpful and very informative not worried about the replacement happening in few weeks I'm sure it will go smoothly

Just had my old back boiler removed and replaced with a new boiler . The Engineers we're fantastic they were very helpful and took time to answer a couple of things I asked nothing was a problem. They were pleasant and helpful and did a fantastic job and showed complete respect for my home cleared everything up when finished. Would recommend these any day.

Just had my boiler installed by Karl (Rochdale) all I can say he was amazing in every way. He installed my boiler in one day and explained everything in detail. Also a big thank you to John the regional manager for making sure everything went smoothly.

Did a wonderful job repairing my boiler, left area very clean. Me Pearson was very helpfull and informative.
We have used 0800 repair now for about 5 years and have always found them very efficient quick and very reliable.

I've just had a new boiler fitted by an engineer from 0800 repair. He was friendly & stayed all day until he got the boiler & heating system working & fully checked all radiators . Bleeding them & adding thermostats . He was excellent. He even stayed later than planned, just to make sure it was working reliably. Thank you so much.

I had my new boiler installed by 0800 and I could not fault the work or the service I received. It was a very professional job and I was so happy with the excellent standard of service, I decided to take out boiler protection and I have had my boiler serviced since and once again could not fault the work and the engineer was excellent. Well done 0800, I only wish other companies were as good as you.

I can really recommend 0800 Repair. The service has always been reliable and professional with engineers doing a good, quick, clean job. The service when reporting a boiler breakdown is very quick and the engineer always keeps the arranged appointment. Telephone staff are polite and helpful. I believe it is very good value for money too.

Really great first visit I had the boiler engineer out to assess my old boiler to see if it needed replacing. As it happened my old boiler is running perfectly. I was very impressed with their kind and friendly communications and with the engineers honesty about the good state my boiler is in. I will most certainly be using them again.

Would strongly recommend. Having insured my whole heating system previously with British Gas I was unsure as to the quality of service I would receive from 0800 repair due to the vast savings in insurance premiums. I can honestly report that I continue to be impressed by the customer service and knowledge of engineers. My old combi boiler developed many faults,each one was quickly repaired. however when the boiler had to be replaced the work was carried out in one day, the engineer was on time,very pleasant and left no mess for me to clear.These days it is unusual to find this quality of service, thank you.

Jay the engineer was superb! Polite smart and charming. Ran full diagnostic check. Pulled out an awkward appliance. Very clean and tidy too. Went above and beyond what was required. This young gentleman drove from Leeds to Scarborough and gave wonderful service with a smile too thank you so much.

Had appointment notification for Saturday 21st Aug saying that engineer would contact us at around 9am to advise ETA for washing m/c repair.
No contact was received and no arrival of an engineer. Shocking service and despite numerous call to the number provided with associated texts nothing heard to date. Again, a good example of how quick to give you a warranty but if you have to use it- good luck with that..
Update after re schedule with new engineer.

We had a full central heating system and boiler fitted. From the start the service was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. The job was very tidy with all pipework hidden under floors and a minimum of mess for such a substantial job. There was a very minor problem with the installation which was rectified quickly with no fuss. Great service and will use again.
