My son and I went into Micks Cycle Centre today and brought a bike for our son. Derek was amazing with our son who has ASD and LD , he gave us his time , there was no pressure. We even got a discount and a cycle helmet! Would recommend.

Fantastic help from both Chloe and Derek in choosing the right e-bike for my needs. After deciding the PDC was done very well and then after i had trouble removing the battery on getting the bike home Derek answered my email pretty much immediately, even though it was in the evening and after the store closing hours. Great service and i have the highest confidence that if i do have problems Derek and the service team will help me out without an issue. Thanks to the whole team

Great experience with Mick’s Cycles. Frog bikes seemed to be out of stock everywhere and not only did they have the right size but the colour my son was after too. Bike was well packaged for delivery and arrived exactly when advised, in time for my son’s birthday 👍🏻

Excellent service today at Mick's Cycles. My son took his bike in for new brake pads and a brake cable. Speedy, reasonably priced and friendly service, with a free oil and they even sorted out the gears which weren't working properly at no extra cost. We had an excellent shopping experience and we were really looked after on both our visits and over the phone. Nothing was too much trouble, my Girl Friend is thrilled with her new bike and we found the shop to be very reasonably priced. I have used Micks Cycles for all our family bike repairs. They have been brilliant at coming and picking the bikes up. Quoting as necessary, fixing and returning them. I would absolutely recommend to all bike enthusiasts. There are great choices of bikes in the shop and good recommendations. They are the best & most helpful bike shop in Bury St Edmunds.

Rang Micks Cycles to see when any new Whyte MTB stock was coming in. Two bikes had just arrived in boxes and that afternoon I was loading the car up with a brand new expertly put together and fitted 905. Great people and service and stock coming in all the time so worth a call to see if they have what you're after.

Booked the cyclocross in for a full service and some upgrades. Service was great, communication good, price as stated and bike returned like it was brand new! Will use them again.

Just collected my bike which they repaired. Absolutely fantastic job. Fast, efficient, they made a very old bike look 10 years younger and even helped me squeeze it into the back of my car. First class service all round.
