Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Helped secure my brakes after work free of charge, and then I came back the following morning to get them properly serviced with new brake pads. The bike was ready by noon and feels brand new! Great service and fair price, with lovely staff. I will definitely come here in future if I need help with anything else. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service from the guys at Cycle King. The man serving us was really helpful when showing us what would be suitable for our sons first bike. Even recommended a cheaper bike because it was better quality. Very impressed with the service, price and quality of the bike and helmet we bought. We will definitely go back!

Excellent customer service, wide selection of bikes, really helpful staff. My daughter fell off and damaged the seat on her bike (which we purchased there earlier in the year) so I took it in expecting to drop it off and collect a week later and Shozu kindly fixed it right away. Thanks very much!

We had a great experience with the assistant manager, we were greeted and given time to look around the store then when needed the assistant manager gave us the help we needed to find our daughter’s bike. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. When we collected the bike two lovely gentleman explained everything and we couldn’t have asked for a better service. Will definitely be back when we need to buy again.

Visited the store several times over the last couple of weeks and on every visit the staff were all so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Even though the shop was busy I was given 100% attention and they were willing to answer all my questions. I eventually bought a bike for my granddaughter, along with several accessories, and big shout out to Dillon who fitted them all whilst I waited even though he was the only staff member there at the time. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. A great store. Thanks all

Staff were welcoming and helpful, guiding me and my son to an appropriate range of mountain bikes, a few with bargain prices from ex display. They attached a bike stand I also purchased, and was able to collect it convenient to me after a safety check. A member of staff very helpfully loaded it into my car. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Brought my son his second bike from here, they are extremely helpful and honest with choosing the right bike. Once we had chosen they got to work on checking the bike out and getting it ready for my son to ride off on within 1/2hr. Great bike store

Absoloutley brilliant service. After going in halfords and being met with uninterested staff and told "oh we cant get that built today" (place was empty) and computer says no to taking the display one, I remembered cycle King so we went down there and was so glad we did. Really friendly knowledgeable guys helped us get the perfect bike for my son. We bought extra grips, saddle, pedals and mudguards and they fitted it all ready for us to take away within the hour for free ! Will defo be buying from there again.

Awesome experience at this store, brought my bike in for some minor repairs and was taken care of immediately, seemed to be an easy fix and was done on the spot. Best bike shop in town!

Very Friendly Staff. Popped in late afternoon to have my daughter’s bike checked and was sorted quickly. I thought I needed new tires but just have to pump air on and they didn’t even charge for it. Excellent service.

Santa brought my son and I Ammaco Cross Fells for Christmas from Cycle King but we only recently started riding them. Welllllll….we are LOVING them so much that we purchased this Ammaco Evo IV for my husband today and can’t wait to pick it up this weekend!

Needed a replacement bike for our son. The staff at Cycle King Bury were really helpful. They recommended the right size he'd need and showed us the options in that size. At no time did we feel pressured and overall it was a very positive experience. We left with a new bike ,very happy.
