Spoke and Motor

I received great service from Spoke & Motor at the Bury St Edmunds store. I emailed my enquiry, received a quick reply and a phone call. Due to a permanent knee injury I arranged to test an e-bike to take away the strain of going uphill! On arrival Craig was very helpful and friendly. He listened to my requirements and showed me a couple of bikes explaining the differences. I settled on testing the Samedi 28-7 and off I went to Nowton Park. It was a very smooth ride and after testing the different levels up to turbo in a large field I set off on a trail ride. I decided it was the one! 2 days later it was delivered to my house by Stuart. He was also very helpful and friendly explaining a bit more about the bike and answering all my questions. Thank you both, excellent service (a rarity these days!) and an excellent solid e-bike…my first! I would thoroughly recommend Spoke & Motor and the Moustache brand :)

I've been thinking of an E bike for awhile now & initially unsure about getting a Moustache as I hadn't heard of them. However on further investigation I found they have a very good reputation for E bikes. I'd popped into Spoke & Motor several times and they were always friendly as well as no pressure. This is great when you're undecided so finally I decided to purchase a bike. They were very patient and answered all my many questions.
The delivery experience was just as good & helpful filling me with confidence if I have a future problem. As for the bike, I got a 27.5 which is proving brilliant for my 11 commute along country lanes. The front light is broad enough & the information screen clear. I also brought the additional AXA chain for the wheel lock and it is worth getting easily locking two bikes at once to something secure.

I can't fault Spoke and Motor at all, customer service is perfect in every way! Craig was always there to answer any questions we had! Picked up my new Moustache today and did a nice 20 mile ride!! Would recommended Spoke and Motor to anyone! Thank you :)

Friday 27 FS Speed dual bought and delivered in 8 days great individual set up from Spoke and Motor and further innovation from moustache always ahead of the ever expanding ebike game .

I was able to test drive all the bikes I liked and had great advice and guidance about which one would suit my requirements. Customer service was ideal, no pushy sales and responsive follow up. I’m really happy with my bike thank you.

Saw a fantastic bike on the web, emailed and booked a test ride. Craig could not have been nicer and said to test ride for as long and as far as I liked. I only went 14 miles, but was smitten after about 3. There was no judgement about buying an e-bike, I have a long standing back issue so need a little help on longer hills and just ‘being fitter’ isn’t cutting it. The bike does not look like an ebike, which is very attractive to me, and it has a good battery size for a bit more range. We arranged delivery and Spoke & Motor sorted one of the nicest bike purchases I have ever had. I would recommend this business to anyone buying an e-bike. If I could give more than 5*, I would.

A great experience buying our bike, I originally tried these a month or so ago and wanted my wife to try one. We were allowed to try several and take them out for a test run.
These are well made, solid bikes but great fun to ride and I hope we’ll get many years enjoyment from it - and who knows I may be back for one for me! Team were extremely helpful and answered all our questions and home delivery was brilliant!

October update - two months later I’ve had to go back to Spoke and Motor and get my own eBike! My wife is enjoying hers so much and finding it very helpful in getting up the hills, the only problem was she was having to wait for me at the top - no more!
Went back and saw Craig and took a couple of bikes out to re-test, ended up buying one and delivery was very quick and a great handover from Stuart - thank you.
After sales service has been great and they are always just a call away. Well done to you for the service.

I recently purchased a Moustache Samedi FS from Spoke and Motor. From my initial visit to the shop, being allowed a proper test ride on my chosen bike, to taking it home the service has been first class. I love my little bike and am hoping to have many more years happy riding

Visited showroom and received excellent service from both Craig & Stuart. Able to test ride Moustache e-bike that I was interested in and had a 'Dropper post' added to the bike which I had purchased. The bike was delivered very quickly after this modification was done to my home address in London.

I absolutely love my new moustache samedi and I’m really glad I found Spoke and Motor in bury st Edmunds. They have a wide range in stock for people to try out and Craig encouraged me to try as many as I wanted. You can go on a proper test ride and I went at least 2 miles on each bike. There is no hard sell. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy a bike but after trying them I couldn’t help myself. I do a 30 mile round trip to work and it feels like nothing and I’m saving a fortune in petrol at the moment. It’s smooth as silk and as a bonus it seems to be great physio for my creaky old knees. If you’re thinking about a test ride I would say don’t hesitate. Best of all my new bike is great fun

Spoke and Motor is the place to go if you're interested in E-bikes. They are helpful and answer all your questions. We had a trial run with several bikes which was great. They also have a good stock of bikes so you don't have to wait for ages. We've just got back from our first trip and found the bikes better than expected. We would definitely recommend Spoke and Motors.

Bought a Moustache Samedi XRoad FS7 from Spoke and Motor which was delivered on Monday last week. Was impressed by the staff all the way from initial enquiry to delivery of the bike. Craig and Stuart gave weekly email updates and were always helpful when I phones.

I dont live anywhere near the Bury St Edmunds store (200 plus miles away) so everything was done on-line or over the phoned Fantastic ebike from a fantstic store run and operated by brilliant cistomer focused people. I would recommend both Spoke and Motor as well as Moustache ebikes to anyone in any part of the UK. I would also approach Spoke and Motor for other ebike purchases in the future

Excellent advice on e bikes. I was allowed a very relaxed test ride on one, and my husband was loaned another e bike so he could accompany me. They have been very thorough, helpful, and really quick to deliver. We will continue to use them for the services.

Spoke and Motors provided excellent service and attention to detail. My wife was after an e-bike after using my eMTB on a recent camping trip. We were recommended to try a Moustache bicycle and found Spoke and Motor online who sell the brand. The service received during the whole purchase and delivery was absolutely amazing. From e-mails and telephone calls with help to complete the bike to work scheme and they personally delivered the bike to us with a full demonstration.
