I really like to shop at Waitrose , prices are decent not as high as expected compared to other Supermarkets, the quality is better and the place is really tidy and clean which makes me feel comfortable. They also have fresh fish which is a bonus. I highly recommend

Nice cafe with very welcoming staff. The store proper is good and the deli, fish and meat counters are always busy.
Be advised: the small carpark can get very, very congested at busy times. Consider using one of the larger car parks nearby at peak times.

Great selection of everyday staples and healthy foods. Courteous staff and very helpful. Large parking lot but usually busy. We left our car in the Arc garage and carried our groceries back.

One of our favorite places to stop and shop. So many speciality items and fun things to try. The cafe was a frequent stop for us on Sundays. Delicious coffee and you can choose your own mug to drink from. Lots of tasty treats. The prices are a bit higher than other shops, but much much cheaper than American groceries.

This is a great clean and tidy Waitrose with a wide range of stock, and friendly staff. There’s cosy cafe and customer toilets.

Easy shop today just a basket and no queue!

A range of groceries second to none in terms of quality and choice but prices don't sit still. Compared to Europe and USA we still eat cheaply and amazing range of food yet the proportion of income going on grub and energy flattens everything else.

We punctured a tire in the car park and had a long wait for the AA.
The staff at Waitrose (especially Jen) went out of their way to help us. Jen looked after one of my children while I ran an errand, and took care of my car keys.
Later on, in the cafe, one of the staff went to the shop floor to get something we needed that the cafe had run out of, and when we were still sitting there at the cafe's closing time, offered us leftover pastries.
What an amazing team of people! Without them, the whole experience would have been a nightmare. As it was, we actually quite enjoyed ourselves!
This is exactly what distinguishes Waitrose from the competition...

Slightly smaller branch but still has a "John Lewis area"

Lovely shop, helpful staff, great produce.

I've just been into the Bury St Edmunds store.
Had an issue with how I could carry home a huge item because there was no handle and I was walking home.
Callum immediately jumped to my rescue. 😃
He made me a handle with string.
10/10 Callum your are a credit to the store.

As always a great, friendly service. A brilliant range of good fresh food. Particularly liked the bread offering and the fresh meat counter.
Really pleased to see the cafe open and, surprisingly we even bought a new saucepan in-store. Who knew...

Quiet for a Saturday evening, such a pleasure 🙏

Just popped in today and the makeover is pretty good (toilets, desk, coffee shop). The ladies at coffeeshop both lovely, best cappuccino too, however the name of it Waite & Rose sounds to me a bit weird rather than a good play on Waitrose. Not sure about it 🤔🤔 But update is really good, well done.

Staff very helpful, had everything we wanted and more!
The lady on the till was very enthusiastic about all the offers we were entitled to and we came away planning our next visit!
