Such a lovely coffee shop! Cosy and great coffee. Chai latte is 10/10. Good prices too! Lucky to have this as my local closest coffee shop. Lovely lady serving too :) thanks so much!

This is a 'proper' coffee shop. Choose from about 5-6 different beans/roasts etc (from what I have seen on the few occasions I've managed to visit, there may be more) to make your coffee. I normally steer clear of cappuccinos for fear of their weak blandness, but a lovely dark roast gave mine some real flavour. I've had great espressos there too. I've only tried a brownie once but it was spectacular - gooey and full of biscuit chunks. Although John's is out of town, it's well worth it if you like your coffee and want to sit in a cosy, special place.

This may be the best coffee shop in the world. The service from the owner is unbelievably good and cheerful. Her knowledge of and enthusiasm about coffee is extraordinary. And of course the coffee itself, in all its varieties, is ridiculously good. How on earth did Bury St Edmunds get so lucky?

Excellent coffee, owner knows her coffee. Lovely to speak with her and listen to the journey of the coffee beans to Bury st Edmunds. Amazing coffee, service, and feel like part of the family when you go in. Continue doing what you do, be lost without this wonderful coffee shop. 🥰

I stopped in for a coffee as I always drive past and hear such good things about this place. I was warmly greeted by a very knowledgeable, passionate lady who explain and talk about the coffee beans available. I went for a dark, chocolatey roast as a latte. Absolutely delicious!! I also had a piece of the homemade flap jack which was out of this world tasty 😋 the price for the coffee and flap jack was also very reasonable. You have a new regular ☺

Wow, just wow. Superb rich coffee (Lanna blend) and delightful service. I then tried Chiang Mai and that was even more to my taste.
Free taste before you buy beans is both useful and unusual.

We take our son to nursery nearby, but had never noticed this place tucked in the precinct. Lovely warm welcome and we were offered a choice of freshly roasted Thai coffees to suit our tastes. Coffee was spot on, fresh and smooth, I also had a brownie which was freshly baked and delicious, clearly made with good quality chocolate. We’ll be back!

What a great little coffee shop. Coffee was excellent, choice of beans and great guidance from barista to get the right coffee. Hot chocolate was rich and chocolatety. Can recommend the brownie soft and gooey in the middle. Support small local businesses and get a coffee there.

An absolute gem of a speciality coffee shop! Superb, knowledgeable service and excellent coffee with several choices of beans, all fresh with distinctive flavours. Delicious homemade flapjacks and brownies to go with your coffee, too! All served with the most welcoming smile. Don’t miss it!

Brilliant little coffee shop. Jake is very enthusiastic, clearly knows coffee and how to make it. Such a welcoming atmosphere.

I go with my baby daughter as many Saturdays as I can for a coffee or a hot chocolate and a brownie (the best I’ve ever had).

Great little coffee shop. Talking to the owner I got the immediate sense that coffee and the process towards making it is an absolute passion. Which really shows in the final product. The brownies are pretty decent too!

Great coffee extremely friendly staff And from what I saw you get a choice of six different beans Depending on how you like your coffee strength Also very reasonably priced coffees as well,
Kick the big chain coffee shops into touch-and-go for this place because it's miles better

Great little gem of a coffee shop. Lovely hot chocolate too and the best flapjack in town. Small but perfectly formed. Limited seating but a good source of takeaway drinks and coffee beans.
