Rustic Style Store

It's nice to see an old history business survived after pandemic.

In the past the store sold female and male clothes, with limited opening days.

Now the store provides more variety of stuff. More than just clothes. Different types of gifts and souvenirs makes the shop more interesting.

Making a difference. Evolution.

I like the rustic style of the store. It makes me feel cosy.

Went in yesterday, 27th December, Great customer service as there was a smiley lady at the till that helped me out with a problem as another store had left a security tag on something I bought, hence setting off the alarm upon my entrance, was told it must've been my magnetic personality 😂 needless to say when I left the store I left with a smile.

She managed to take it off as I had a receipt for it and they had the tool to do so, saving me the bother of going back to that other store.

Bought a really nice jacket at a fair price. Some of their products have good materials (lambswool & cotton) as I dislike synthetics and are fairly priced for the materials used, however always check the labels as they also like to use nylon sometimes and polyester too (you'll notice that on their cheaper products)

The goods are beautiful and original English, specially the wools, the vendors are brilliant

On Tuesday 31st July my wife fell down the stairs in the Cambridge Store. The staff were brilliant in their handling of what was a distressing time for them,they did all the correct procedures,, calling the paramedics and keeping her comfortable until I could take her back home to Bury St Edmunds . Your staff Ben and Jacquie were so kind and helpful and are worthy of reward. Best staff members this month or whatever. Thank you so much

Outstanding service, wonderful selection of clothes, well made and not too expensive. We have bought our clothes and gifts here for seeral years ans never been disappointed.

A lovely store with a great range of products and wonderful staff - Sally in particular went out of her way to help me when I went in there today (give her a pay rise!) - but really I can't think of anywhere with such friendly and helpful staff. Wish I could give six stars!

Hat ausser Tweed noch viel mehr zu bieten! Ich habe sowohl in Cambridge als auch in Canterbury bei der Woollen Mill so viele schöne T-Shirts aus tollen Stoffen gekauft! Und Tweed-Blazer jenseits der üblichen Muster und Farben. Es lohnt sich immer wieder!
Und das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die neg. Rezension kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.
