Fabulous service from these two professionals, Phillip (front of house) & Mark (workshops) Had my Trekking 8 electric bike maintained with them and can not recommend enough.

Fantastic service! I had a puncture and they fixed it straight away, also sorted out my brakes and oiled the chain. Very reasonable price. They saw to me straight away and I was able to continue my ride without a hitch. Thanks again!

Great bike shop with a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful owner. We walked in unannounced and he immediately bled my hydraulic brake AND noticed my back wheel quick release was slack so saved me a nasty accident.

Both our bikes had the same problem so we couldn’t ride them on our holidays so we were recommended this place and what a find! They took them from us and within a couple of days they were ready and fixed. Fantastic chaps Philip and Mark with an abundance of knowledge! Amazing local bike shop. Went in to ask wether they were able to fit a bike part that I had received as a warranty replacement from an online company. Not only able to help but fit me in the same day and at a very reasonable price. Very friendly and knowledgable staff, would highly recommend and will visit again.

Down in Pembroke on holiday and my bike chain came off and wedged very securely between the crank and the frame. Without any tools I had no way to free it so took it along to Bierspool Cycles to see if they could help. Philip welcomed me into the workshop and sorted it out and refused to take any cash to do so. Helped me out a great deal and it's really good to find a specialist shop with great customer service.

Had broken pedal on my Scott aspect, had them in stock, fitted for me, also had correct size tyres which i was well pleased with as my local shop didnt without ordering, all at reasonable price.
Would recommend to any one down on holiday and stuck, would have been shame not to be able to use my bike for rest of

Following in the pedals of others, found myself on holiday with a sheared off gear lever. Bierspool cycles turned around the replacement and repair on the spot - time enough to resupply the camper van with some supplies - brilliant service thanks

Although it was bank holiday Sunday, when I rang them from half an hour away on Route 4, the very helpful Mark offered to stay open until we got there (it was closing time) and fit us a new gear cable. What service! He saved our bacon. It's a well-stocked, friendly shop too - brilliant!

Broke a spoke on my Crank Brothers Iodine 2 rear wheel whilst on holiday. Thought that was the end of riding while away in Saundersfoot! However, Philip was very helpful and got the Giant Trance Advanced fixed within a couple of days. The price for this excellent service was extremely reasonable too. I completed my Land's End to John O'Grouts trip 14 days riding, 1013 miles, 61,765 ft of climbing and 84 hrs in the saddle.

Not a single issue with the bike, prefect setup, all I did for the fortnight was put air in the tyres and lube the chain occasionally. Didn't even have a puncture!!!

Contrast that to the rest of the group who kept two trained mechanics busy for half an hour every morning with numerous visits to bike shops around the country to get new parts etc.
