B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

We were looking for paint rollers and pads in the DIY section. Ryan was very helpful and helped us get what we needed. 😊

This is my go to store for quick shopping...almost ninja style I can get into the store, buy exactly what I want, pay and leave...nobody bothers you or hassles you, aisles are usually pretty clear, shelves usually full and they have a large range of alternatives if they don't have exactly what you want! I've always found the staff friendly and quick to open a second or third or fourth till if needed and staff always seem to be smiling. They may or may not be underneath but to the public, they seem happy!

Large free car park which I have never seen full and easy access.

A store assistant named Steve Jennings at the Pembroke Dock store went above and beyond to help me find an item by searching in the delivery area and then finding me to tell me he’d found it! So nice of him, thank you Steve.

Staff extremely helpful and the store is massive everything a man needs at cost price will defo come again

Helpful staff and a cashier called Hayden who was very conscientious of a lady who was buying paint. She wasn't sure about the colour, so he offered her some tester pots to make sure so that she wouldn't waste her money on something she wouldn't be able to return if opened. That kind of service is above and beyond and Hayden deserves at least a pat on the back.

Love B&M, cheap, good quality produce, sells just about everything from garden, home, food, seasonal goods, craft items, furniture, toys and the list goes on . Ground floor flat entrance, wide isles suitable for disabled people. Great place.

Brilliant store, always has things you want and usually things you don't need but you still buy them. I've spent way too much money in there! Staff are lovely, ways enjoy having a chat. It does get very busy in there, but that's to be expected. And I love that they kept the garden centre part, the flowers and plants are always well kept unlike monst stores around here.

My favourite shop in the area. A big choice of items and this branch has one of the best, if not the best, garden centre around for choice of well priced plants and sundries.
They recently have been stocking Australian Cadbury chocolate at half the price of Amazon, so I stocked up for myself, the Coconut Rough and Perky Nana bars are lush. They also had General Mill Cereal variety mix at £3.99, which is not much different to what I pay when I go to the US and way better than the £10 they charge on Amazon. I'm glad I stocked up on those as they flew out.
The craft section is very nice and well priced too. Everything is well priced and they have a great choice of goods
I am happy to drive 10 miles to go there as it's a real treat to browse the aisles. The store is clean and tidy and well staffed. Would recommend a visit there.

I called to B&M Pembroke Dock to purchase an air fat fryer, 28/10/2022 @ about 1:30pm. I am partially sighted, so asked an assistant ( who was going on her break) to help me, the assistant took me to the air fryer section, showed me the different types & explained the function, after picking the one I wanted, she took me to the till, I paid, thanked her & was on my way in no time. I didn’t get her name, but I remember her helping my wife & myself before. Lovely to see in this day & age.. Thank you.

I love b&m apart from the laundry and air freshener shelves which are most of the time muddled up so you can never tell what's prices are what unless you have the app to scan or ask in store

Good value, good choice

This shop has everything you need, my favourite being white Reese's peanut butter cups, they are a game changer. Staff are always friendly, its never overly busy so you'll always find a parking space.

Trolleys a little worse for wear

Got exactly what I wanted this morning. As always, helpful, polite staff, especially the chap who wrapped my baby Christmas tree! Great service. Not a very large array of Christmas lights but maybe there are more coming in.

This place is great for value. I get most of the children's toys here for their birthday and for Christmas. The selection is great. There is so much to choose from in every isle. They have every thing from garden to bed room furniture all at amazing prices.

Popped in for some bits left with what we wanted and more! As is always the case with b and m 🤣
