The Shipwright Inn

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable, room had a mini fridge with milk, water, apple juice, orange juice I was also given a mixed melon fruit box.
The kitchenette was great to serve yourself in the mornings or to take breakfast to work.
The pud and meals in the evening were great and mike gave me a great deal.
It's also well located for exploring the area.
I will definitely stay here again when I'm passing through.

We enjoyed a delicious meal from a menu with something for everyone. The curries and chili were very tasty, but the beef strips with chili dip appetizer was astonishingly good!
The atmosphere was great and the service was stellar. What a wonderful evening!

Visited for the first time for Sunday lunch. It was fantastic. I had roast pork with a huge Yorkshire pudding. Good choice of veg cooked just how I like them and loads of thick gravy. Delicious! We were surprised to discover that pudding was included, and chose a hot cross bun baileys bread and butter pudding with custard, so good!
Service was friendly and efficient. I'll be recommending The Shipwright to all my friends and intend to return again soon.

We recently stayed at this inn in Wales for two days, and it was a fantastic experience. The place was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We really felt at home during our stay. It was a memorable holiday, and we highly recommend this inn to anyone looking for a great place to stay

We happened upon this lovely pub/restaurant today by chance. We are in the area on a holiday with my parents and had been out enjoying a relaxed day visiting a castle and market and decided to look for somewhere for lunch. First we were turned away from a restaurant closer to town, we found the Shipwright on Google with a 10 min walk and took a chance. Upon arrival we were met by a couple locals leaving with their takeaway carvery. I asked if could fit a table of 5 and within seconds we were sitting at table 2 awaiting drinks. We had a mixture of carvery meals ordered and soon on our way to choose our vegetables. All was superb, even chose and ate the crispy parsnips and I hate parsnips, couldn't fault a thing. Both ladies (possibly mother and daughter) were delightfully pleasant and couldn't have been more helpful. To us the place felt a little off the beaten track and had a constant flow of pre booked customers which is always a good sign. Thank you so much for fitting us in last minute. Made our day.

This place is a great find,booked a table for a birthday, and we were not disappointed. They have cocktails available along with plenty of choice of largers, ciders, and ales, and good range of 0% alcohol drinks. The food is outstanding, all cooked fresh to order and the menu has a very good choice on it, but come hungry as they are large portions, the staff are very polite and service Is good, the bar has a very traditional and homley vibe I loved it 10/10 see you again.

Fantastic value two course Sunday lunch carvery style. Lovely staff. Very popular. The also do takeaway which was flying out the door. We would have stayed all afternoon but they needed our table back.

I have been to the ship a few times with my family the food is always lovely presentation of food is always great and the staff are always friendly and couldn’t be more helpful and attentive would highly recommend the ship to anyone looking for a delicious meal with friendly atmosphere

Had a fabulous meal here this evening. Food was all homemade and plentiful, in fact the portions were massive (no complaints here). Menu was varied and very reasonably priced, especially when we saw the plate sizes.
They also do a takeout Sunday lunch, which is a genius idea💡
Landlady was lovely & friendly, chatty and extremely helpful. Overall we were really impressed & will certainly be returning.

Waited quite a while on the food but it was worth it. Fresh,hot and ready out the kitchen. Best meal I've ever had. Amazing food,very friendly waiters, beautiful landscape. Instant 5 stars

Amazing food, reasonably priced. Will definitely eat here again. Only downside, so full from main we didn't have room for pudding. We had pie, ribs, lasagne and starters. Everything delicious

They were hosting a work do, but were very accommodating and able to turn around home made food within 15 minutes.

The food was amazing, had the battered chicken burger.

Will definitely be my first stop when in Pembroke!
