Purchased a Nissan qashqai. Overall customer service was excellent. The car was in pristine condition, it had been well cleaned. All documents/paperwork was in order. I highly recommend buying car from Baraza Motors as they have a good selection of cars.

We bought a used car from Baraza Motors nearly a month ago and I couldn't be happier with the purchase! From scouting out the right motor, contacting Martha for a test drive and finalising the sale was about a day or so. So quick, so easy and they're both such a delight to do business with. Martha was so kind to me and my son whilst my partner took a test drive, even supplying my little boy with a lolly pop! You don't get that kind of service from a regular dealership!

what a lovely family business, left us to check over the car we were interested in, no pressure, had a nice test drive. They gave my daughter a really fair price in part exchange for her old car. Efficiently did the paperwork and offered a reassuring warranty , especially as no one can predict what will happen to any car old or even brand new, so only time will tell regarding the car itself, but the experience with the sweetest couple ( with very cute kids) was very good and efficient. a small family business, definitely would recommend them, hopefully they will continue to grow and will be able to have a larger selection of cars. shame the office is separate from the car lot, but only a few minutes away, so wasn’t really a problem.

Excellent service from Martha, any issues that I had were addressed promptly that gave me reassurance that she was the correct seller. Although the car I bought had some faults they were quickly fixed and due to her 3 month warranty all of which were free of charge. I've recommended her services to friends and family. And without a doubt if her services are still going. I will return one day for an upgrade of which I would feel comfortable doing.

I purchased a car from this small family husband and wife business. The car was reasonably priced and was sold with a 6 month warranty at no extra cost. The car came with a new MOT and a basic service completed by the company. Martha and her husband were both very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I was able to test drive the car and spend as much time as I wanted looking round it.
A couple of days later I noticed that one of the electric windows was only intermittently working and the engine management light also came on. I spoke with Martha and she led me to the warranty company. Most faults were covered by the warranty but the cost of the engine diagnostic check was not. I contacted Martha and cheekily asked if they would pay for this check and they kindly agreed

Service second to none. Would have no hesitation in recommending this husband and wife business.

I have just recently purchased a vehicle from Baraza Motors and I am thrilled to say how ecstatic I am with the vehicle, customer service and the efficiency of the purchase. As an individual who doesn't usually give public reviews often, I felt inclined to tell the world how content and appeased I feel with purchasing a vehicle from Martha and her husband. After an adequate and competent online video viewing last week, I was strongly interested in purchasing a Vauxhall Corsa however, I was astonished to see how perfect and immaculate the vehicle looking in comparison to the online viewing. I most certainly did not expect the vehicle to look as elegant as it did in the online viewing. Furthermore, Martha also ensured efficiency and co-ordination when electronically completing a deal in principle to the logbook, receipts and handovers. I most certainly will recommend Baraza Motors to all those are looking for second hand vehicles.

Let's start of by saying that buying a secondhand car can be quite stressful. You not only need to find a trustworthy seller or dealership, but you also need to be rest assured that the car is in good condition.

After checking out a few cars, the owners, and staff at Baraza Motors helped me finalize a wee little Vauxhall Agila. I assumed that I would get the attention and service to the size of my car, I was wrong. Both Billy and Martha (the owners) took the time in addressing various concerns and answered all my questions with utmost sincerity.

We finalised the car online, however I needed to physically collect it. I was relatively apprehensive, but it all vanished when I met them. I look for personal touchpoints, and Baraza made me feel like I was buying a car from a family member.

A nifty service they offer is the standard three-month warranty. This goes a distance in pledging peace of mind towards your purchase. There are also options to purchase extended warranty, up to a year. They have a tie-up with an agency which means you can avail of any works across the UK.

Any further lingering doubts that the car was not good enough were quashed following our drive back to Scotland from South London. The car more than held its own, and with each passing mile, my face grew a bigger smile.
