This is a brilliant location, I've never been to this store and customer service was poor. Staff always willing to help and take their time to explain things to you.

I've purchased a few items here. Highly recommend..

Very good sales gentleman. This young man called Vlad is an asset for mobile phones in this store. He is kind , gentle, very patient and most of all smiles all the way. He actually convinced us iPhone pro max when we can for a 14. The lad is too good. KUDOS to him

Being not very techno savvy I needed help with buying laptop computer accessories. Sales assistant Ellis, was superb going out of his way to ensure I bought the right bits and helping me understand how they all fitted. Also impressed with the range of accessories.

In one word brilliant, the service was very good, the sales team were helpful and when picking up my order the guy who helped me was very caring(Shake was he's name) load my purchase into my car.

Went to this store to buy an item, when I got it home , I went to town on the box ripped it and then I found out that it was the wrong item. I went back to this store apologised for the mess of the box. A staff member showed me how to open a box like that ( I felt silly) they apologised for the error and swapped the item and carried it to may cat for me. Thanks Currys dor the excellent service and sorry about the box

We recently purchased a TV and had fantastic service from Ram and Suhail. Ram was very knowledgeable about the products and took us through all the options that best suited our needs and budget. Suhail then helped us compete the purchase and explained everything very clearly.

Thank you so much to Kash instore at County Oak Crawley. You have a valuable member of staff there. We had trouble with our t.v. & after having it repaired & then back it was still having the same issue. He helped us pick another t.v. not the same brand & I paid the difference. In September I purchased a desk top from Mirav at your Crawley branch. I was very pleased with the help and advice I received. Mirav passed me over to AJ on the support desk. This was the tricky bit as the process of transferring data across to my new computer was complicated. The time and support AJ gave me was unbelievable! He also set the computer up explaining in simple terms what he was doing and why. This guy is amazing!
His tech knowledge is immense and he gave me the confidence to believe in my own tech capabilities with his kind and patient manner. I've never enjoyed my computer more! I then purchased a new iPhone from AJ and received the same care and attention during set up.

Surprisingly impressed... coming from a person that loathes all forms of in-person shopping and buy everything I can online.

This weekend I needed a printer at short notice and Curry's click-and-collect service meant I could collect the next day. I arrived before 11am on Saturday and clicked the 'I am here' link within my order confirmation email to initiate the collection process. I was barely waiting 2 minutes inside when the store colleague presented me with my order, and after confirming my name I had the printer in-hand. Totally painless, and pleasantly surprised how easy it was. There was even a retro-styled arcade machine running Street Fighter 2 next to the collection point to keep the kids entertained! OK, I had a go also.

I also received a friendly greeting from another store colleague when I decided to have a walkaround. Top marks!

Nice and helpful people not pushy or sell sell so very easy purchase..and you can get your stuff without ordering on line

Got what we wanted. Very helpful staff. In and out in 20 min. Would definitely recommend this store.

The choice is great, found a good deal on a TV , Currys recycle ink printer and small electric items free they need to promote that more and have an obvious place in store for it

Air fryer reduced price & the wife spotted the one she wanted £50 cheaper & £25 off for trade in of old kit. £199 down to £121 is the sort of deals that pop up on Currys website quite often, so keep looking.
Sales guy very helpful when my wife went to collect & assistance into the car too.

Excellent huge branch of Currys. I was quite impressed by the full range of all kinds of electrical products. They even have sodastreams and a few flavours ..they could do with getting some more flavours in tho please management if you're residing this? Staff are all incredibly friendly and approach you when you arrive to make sure you know they are there for help. I have now made a couple of purchases there and will be buying a tumble dryer there too.
Special mention to the amazing, professional and very friendly SANDRA she is a joy to speak to and very knowledgeable

To be honest this is more about an individual than the store itself. Ask for Suhail and you will get 5 star treatment from someone who knows what they are talking about. Bought a television today and was very impressed with the depth and breadth of this young man’s knowledge. Thanks Suhail.
