M&S Foodhall

I visited the store yesterday (Sunday) between 10:30 and 11:15 got everything that was on my list. The shelves were well stocked, even had some Eccles cakes left. Was super impressed by the weekend staff, young ones mostly who helped me look for items that I couldn't find. Checkout staff polite and helpful too. My best shopping experience of the year 😉

Free 3 hour parking in large car park outside! The food hall is very well stocked! Big selection of sandwiches, salads and home shopping! The range is extensive and laid out very nicely throughout the large food shop! There is a m and s cafe within with outdoor seating also. 5* for product range and shopping experience.

This is a fabulous M&S. Located at the Acorn retail park on the outskirts of Crawley. Mordern, spacious, bright and all the usual you're expect from an M&S. This site is food only and there is a cafe/coffee shop with seating inside and outside and plenty of parking

In these difficult times, it's nice to be able to shop in a nice friendly atmosphere. The staff here are always courteous, friendly, smiling and always helpful. They're always busy restocking the shelves as best they can, and if there is something you are looking for and can't see it on the shelf, the staff will check to see if they have it in the store room..
In fairness, I do usually shop elsewhere, but I know the quality of M&S food is superb, whilst it's a little more expensive, I will be shopping here more often.

Lovely food, great quality and not as expensive as you think it is! The staff were friendly and helpful when trying to locate something.

I don't normally shop in M&S, but at the moment it's the only store where I could actually get some groceries. The staff were great, very polite and smiling which is important. The duty Manager today was very good, opened the doors a little early to allow time to go round and get the shopping and explained about the cap on certain goods. Overall was very pleased and impressed with M&S, although a bit pricy. Keep up the good work though.

I have not got a bad thing to say about this place, well stocked and presented.
I like their plant based foods and there is a nice selection of goodies here. Yes the prices are a little more than usual, but for a treat now and again its perfect.

Got pumpkins for 65p only few left. Having family carving time.

Good controls in place with regards the number of customers allowed in at a time and makes for a safe feeling environment
They have the best hand sanitising gel free for customers entering and leaving the Store
M&S produce always speaks volumes for itself.

Not the biggest I've been in but a decent selection. Staff exceptionally friendly and the in store baked Eccles Cakes are to die for but you'll need to arrive early as they sell out very quickly

Very impressed with the customer service from M and S County Oak. Beth at the store entrance was very polite, advised that all baskets had been wiped down for customers use. Greeted with a smile and felt very welcome.

Went on a Sunday, and the carpark was busy, but it kept moving. The food hall is really very good, well stocked and more crisps than you can shake a stick at.

Lovely little store,so convenient and products more often than not actually in stock. Which is f.a.b.u.l.o.u.s!!!! Like the option too of self service here. Wish Redhill branch would introduce that there too!!!Great staff,super happy and helpful. A pleasure to shop here. Well done M&S xx

A clean, modern store with a good range of products. The cafe, despite having a limited range of products, is run very well and the seating area is always kept clean and tidy.

Great food and a pretty good selection for what is a modest sized store. Only drawback can be parking as the store shares a carpark with two other dogs and it can get very busy.

Had a young lady on the door that was amazing. She took it upon herself to speak to me and resolve my problem. Great team work and she was amazing

Huge range of products, great quality, the short use by dates are the products at the front, pick from the back of the shelf and usually you'll get up to an extra 3-4 days

Clean and efficiently run. Good selection of fresh food. Nice bakery. Thoroughly recommend.
