Had minor service and MOT carried. Service was as always excellent from the drop of to collection. Service desk as always very helpful and even sorted the Audi plug and play which had stopped working on my phone.

Very spacious dealership for VW, Audi and Mercedes. There are spacious showrooms for each brand, and usually a good selection of used cars outside. The sales and service staff are always pleasant and helpful, and definitely not pushy.

Josh Thompson at Sinclair Neyland was simply "next level" on a recent purchase I made. I was a little nervous buying a car "blind" from half way across the UK. Josh spent time answering a boat load of questions and supplied videos of the car upon request even going back with follow ups on possible issues I saw. The sales experience wasn't at all pushy and all the options were laid out clearly in the negotiation. The car was delivered promptly and in a timely manner. The contact on follow up for a part that was on vw back order was also punctual, despite VW's backlog. Great Garage experience that's hard to fault

Amazing service, professional and friendly staff, and excellent quality and delivery of cars. I wanted to buy a used Golf GTi but as I am based in London, it was difficult for me to travel to Wales to see the car in person. The guys there provided photos of the car and created a personal video, showing me around the car, which made me feel more at ease and comfortable buying.

Moreover, they were able to deliver which was amazing and the car has since been everything has described. Would definitely recommend :)

Bought a brand new 17 plate Volkswagen Polo from here as a First Car for myself. Customer Service is excellent, And they're willing to take risks - I am 18 with NO CREDIT SCORING and they were willing to help me out in some way with the Finance (PCP). So, in 3 years time, being on the all new Polo GTI! Would like to thank Abi & Dan in perticular but also all the sales team at Volkswagen Neyland for their help and support. Would highly recommend them to ANYONE who wants a high quality car and a high quality of Customer Service. Ignore all the other "bad reviews" And "bad stars". First time I went there I just passed my test and was 17 years of age, I went straight to look at a VW Polo that caught my eye outside the garage and Abi approached me with the keys to the car and I took it out for a test drive - ALONE. From then, I knew I would be happy to become their customer and always remain their customer. Brilliant First Car - would highly recommend to EVERYONE that is 18+ to buy your car from here. Trust me, you are guaranteed a good deal!

Dropped my car in without booking as it had a battery fault and I was not confident it would start again. The service guys were great and managed to squeeze me car into their schedule and get it back to me in a couple of days. Best place for VW this side of the Severn Bridge!

Very impressed. Warning light came on at 10.30 AM. Turned up unannounced at 11.00. Booked in, looked at and cleared by 3.00 PM. Thank you Mike and Ian.

Took my VW UP car inn for a minor service,service staff were very professional and I even had a video sent to my phone of the underneath of the car and photos of the wear on my tyres ETC.
I am pleased with the service I got from the service chaps.

Broke the wiper stalk on the steering column of my Passat whilst on holiday and they replaced the whole set of controls the next day. Superb service.
