Rouge Brasserie Haywards Heath

I had the beef bourguignon and it was delicious. The decor is very nice too.

20/9/21 - The Rouge Breakfast was great value for money and tasty.

28/11/21 - The fillet mignon was expertly cooked, best steak I've had in a while.

Nice french cuisine - Visited with my family, kids enjoyed their time at the restaurant. Good food well presented but bit expensive for the quantity they served. Staff is very friendly and attentive around the table all the time. We didn’t liked the mocktails which we ordered, but staff understood and changed it straightaway.

My wife liked her starter King prawns and my Garlic mushrooms was yummy. Main course we had Chicken Burger and Leffe beer battered fish which was delicious, would recommend others to try. My daughter spent her time on solving the puzzle and drawing Chilly Billy. Desert we tried Hot chocolate fondant and Creme brulle which was good.

Would visit again and recommend to others who like to try french food.

No longer Cafe Rouge but now Rouge, menu has gone a bit more upmarket, as have the prices but food was lovely. Jack Fruit Tagine was excellent. Staff also very attentive and overall a very pleasant lunch.

We enjoyed a very tasty and generously portioned Saturday lunch including the mussels which numbered 93! Also Gin that came in a glass suitable for a goldfish! As I was driving, I opted for a mixed berry Mocktail

I went here with my mother yesterday evening after a trying day and my mother didn't want to cook. We tried pizza express first but were turned away as hadn't booked. The staff at Rouge were excellent, incredibly friendly and attentive and nothing with too much trouble. The vegetarian options were limited but the service and atmosphere made a great evening.

We have been regular visitors long before the Rouge re-brand. The staff are fantastic and can't do enough for you. Dogs are now allowed to visit. We usually sit outside with our Labrador but during particularly cold winter days we don't have to suffer anymore! In our experience, food is always good.

Bank Holiday breakfast with our son and his family. Superb service by the unflappable Kathryn. Perfectly cooked breakfasts all served simultaneously.

A lovely restaurant with helpful staff. Serving delicious food, I had the steak which was cooked as requested and my wife had the wild mushroom risotto which she also said was delicious. Visited just before the Covid rules relaxed and felt they were taking all the necessary precautions necessary for this day and age! 🤦🏻‍♂

As always never fails to deliver. Took my family for breakfast this morning. Great value. Great food, great service.

Absolutely outstanding service from the staff here, so polite and helpful. As an alternative person (green hair and piercings) going into a restaurant means getting a lot of judgemental stares, rudeness from servers and
being made to feel out of place. Not here, they’re lovely. My meal here was probably in my top 3 most comfortable restaurant visits I’ve ever had. Food is delicious, cooked to perfection. We will all be going back for sure.

Excellent chain restaurant in Haywards Heath Broadway if you like French style food though you can also get burgers now. Quirky layout because it was a former building society hq but has been has been completely refurbished recently to give it a fresher look including the outdoor space which now is a delightful place for dining when there is good weather. Staff really make this restaurant a great place to visit.

Lovely experience at this restaurant, there was an error with our bill and Eric was so helpful in refunding us and even gave us a discount and a free drink! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved it the resturant has a great outdoor seating area which is lovely in the summer, and the decor inside is very nice. The food is nice and it is a refreshing change to have some french cusine, the menu is small but full of quality. Most notable is the staff who are amazing the consistently go out of there way to improve your experiance. Last time I went there with my dog and the waiter brought her out some water before I even got a chance to ask. 5 stars.
