Asda Redditch Superstore

I just wanted to say what a credit to ASDA Redditch that Jack Bird is. I would love him to get some recognition and the lady behind the cigarette counter, who was lovely and really helpful (I didn't get her name). Jack paid for my shopping with his own personal card, as mine wasn't working and it wouldn't work with the cash machine either. Fortunately I was able to transfer the money back to him. He didn't need to be so kind and trusting but he was and it was greatly appreciated. I do hope he gets to see this review along with the lovely lady. Thank you so so much Jack. There really are still kind people around and you are one of them Jack.

We visited the Redditch Café yesterday after a long school day and with two rather fractious children and were greeted by Aiden. Whilst my 6 year old twin boys were deciding what to eat 🤨, Aiden was extremely patient, pleasant, and provided us all the options on the menu verbally so my boys found it easier to make their choice. We were made to feel very welcome. We then ordered drinks and again Aiden was patient (as I was asking for lactose free/oat/Soy milk). When our meal came, Aiden ensured we had everything we needed and again, was very pleasant and helpful. This young man is an absolute credit to Asda café and made our visit a happy and memorable one, hence this review. Thank you Aiden for giving us some much needed light relief and great service on what could have been a whole different and negative experience for us after having such a tiring day.

easy place to get in and out lager carpark space the way in has access for wheelchair users and customer by the entrance they a nice little cafe the store layout is very big and bright has anything u would need to get good value also friendly helpful staff place was very clean loads of garden plants to buy outside of the store

Love their halal meats section it really serves the community.

One question how come there's no more EV charging available and will it be coming back?

Always have what I need no hold ups in and out with my weekly shop smooth as can be.

Great customer service and you can find almost anything there. Watch out for the trolley because sometimes your token or pound might get stuck lol

I always visit this supermarket and was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to assist me. The store was well-organized, clean, and stocked with a wide variety of high-quality products. Overall, a fantastic shopping experience!

The cafe is getting a bit old . The seats are ripped, which is making it not very nice. The rest of the shop it not so bad .They have clothes of lots, food looks good, a lot of garden plants and garden furniture . Lot more. Lots car parking and free.

I would like to write a review about a young man who works as a porter at Asda.
His name is Andrew. I was really surprised when on leaving the shop he said have a nice day. Then he offered to carry my bags to the car and if I need any help in the future to just ask for help.
This sort of service you do not get at other stores.

Lovely helpful staff , great range of products and a nice large and bright store ! You can buy all sorts apart from the usual grocery items - clothes , kitchen & electrical appliances, tv’s , home decor ,gifts and even car items such as oil , de-icer etc to name but a few

Mt daughter has had a few very bad experiences with one particular female employee, but DAN is so helpful, he was great when we asked for his assistance on Friday 10th December, I have heard him assisting customers before and always thought how lovely he was. Myself and partner were shopping the following day and heard him assisting another customer and again so so helpful. Well done Dan, you are such a helpful and friendly member of staff and a credit to the company. It would be great if you could teach other members (one in particular) how to speak to customers. Top man.

Its an amazing placs to buy things since you have snacks and food and everything.

Nice low price place to shop

Absolutely superb.Well worth a visit.I'm not being paid to say this but the EXPRESS CAFE is out of this world. Baked Jacket potatoes with 2 fillings £1 and Pizza slices £1 . Where else will you find such great value for money. The rest of the store is brilliant too. Plenty of choice and the prices are brilliantly low
I can't fault it and if your a new visitor to Redditch,try it out .I feel sure you will call time and time again

I have had many great experiences in this store, so many colleagues face difficult challenges on a daily basis, for insistence the girls who do reductions most evenings who get products shoved in their face because some people can't wait five minutes for something to be reduced. Customers are told from what I've heard to not give products to the colleagues but something always seems to get lost in translation, one of the girls I believe to be called Emily always works with a smile on her face despite constantly being put under pressure by people with no patience, but not to mention any names, Carl j.

Big store with a wide selection also opticians

Just wanted to give a Big shoutout to all the staff at the store this morning. Absolutely brilliant guys fantastic job in keeping everything going in such very difficult times. Got everything we need to keep going for the next few weeks. Many thanks again keep safe

Great store with great choice of goods

The Redditch store is clean and tidy and the staff have are helpful with friendly professional manner.

A big shout out for Kate Cross. She went beyond the call of duty when a parcel I had delivered there went missing. Not Asda fault. (My name wasn't on the parcel.) It was missing for two weeks but when I went in to ask again about it, she searched the store but still couldn't find it. She must have continued to search after i left and eventually found it . So because I didn't leave my phone number she left a message on Spotted Redditch for me . What a star. Thank you again Kate, and all the other staff. All brilliant. !!
