Redditch Toolstation. We order on-line and in-store depending on the jobs we have. Sometimes a massive order but equally the odd thing missed off the list or needed because of an emergency call-out. Regardless, staff are always happy to help and will go out of their way to resolve any queries which is always much appreciated. A great bunch!

Recently ordered some electrical items for my toddler’s room which originally showed in stock online. Turned out they couldn’t find the products next day. I was served by a great young man, Leo who figured that I needed these things urgently. He went out of his way search the whole shop/warehouse to ensure I went away with part of my order then rang me next day, unprompted to make sure he got me the rest. Great service! Thanks Leo! I'm well known for being useless at DIY, however when challenged with building a few bits and bobs at home I went to toolstation to get the resources and tools I needed. I was helped by a young lad named Leo and I must admit he knew way more about the craft than I did. I left the store confident in the task ahead and equipped for every eventuality thanks to his amazing service and bubbly attitude! Highly recommend 👌 👍
