Best bike service at Cambridge ever had. Staff are very professional and friendly and helpful! Helped me out with a flat tire very efficiently and James even helped me tweak my brakes for free the second time I went in! Such a nice place and people! I would always go to them for any bike services from now on and highly recommend it to anyone who needs help with their cycling experience!

Good service and friendly staff. They let me borrow an Allen key to fix my bike seat quickly when I came in today, for free and without any problems. Haven't been there many times, but would definitely recommend giving them a try :)

The team were incredibly helpful and welcoming when I went into the shop last week with a broken lock around my handlebars. They kindly removed it and gave me some advice on different locks to look at. I will definitely go back with any future bike problems and would recommend their services

Taken my bike in plenty of times for service and Rutland are always extremely reliable, efficient and friendly. I have to leave a review after my last visit, thank you to the bike mechanic who offered to fill my tire free of charge, I have been using this shop since I moved to Cambridge and won’t use another. Cannot recommend you guys enough.

Bought my daughter her first bike and accessories. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff.They helped me get the perfect bike size and fit. They have a wide range to choose from. If its not available in store they will look at other Rutland branches which is what happened in my case. Communication was great! As soon as the bike was in store, I got a call and picked up the bike. I would highly recommend getting a bike from them.

Brought my bike in today with a wheel to be replaced and other minor issues, it was ready very quickly after an hour or so. Very friendly and professional staff, everything was explained in terms of costs and repairs made. Shout out to Paul, you were so helpful, and the bike feels great to ride!

Really pleased with the service from the team. Needed to try the bike I liked in a smaller frame - which they built for me and called when it was ready to try. Confident that I've been able to make a great choice for me due to the time and attention Simon gave to the task :)

Managed to find a bike at Rutland Cycling at the Cambridge Grand Arcade store. The service I received was exemplary. Alex at the store even found me a different length stem from the one that came with the bike and fitted for a test ride. Fantastic service and it was a fantastic bike. So I bought it. Job done.

Went to get a bike basket properly attached. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere! A lovely guy called Will had it done and dusted in 10 minutes for no charge. I can highly recommend!

Great service and very friendly staff. I have bought at least 3 bikes from here with the latest one today, a new giant explore e-bike. Nothing is too much trouble and Alex was helpful in setting up the bike, but all the staff are friendly and provide help and assistance.

The staff were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. A guy called Will gave me some incredible advice which should help me to not only save money, but to also make my cycling experience a lot easier. I would highly recommend this shop!

After an exhausting search for guys with a torque wrench to adjust the height of my seat and almost getting charge an eyeball and a kidney to get the job done at other bike shops in the vicinity, I was fortunate enough to run into the guys at Rutland.

Matt and Rob were top blokes and all around nice human beings that were passionate cycling guys. 10/10 for service and 11/10 for chat. Definitely recommend them if you don’t want to get ripped off by “bike guys”…

Great service from Will at Rutland Cycling today. The nut had come off my front mudguard - Will found a replacement and was happy to fit it for me - all free of charge. Thank you very much!

Very nice and helpful team! Got a new chain installed, they were very understanding of the fact that I didn't need the bike for much longer so they didn't try to rip me off and made it as cheap and fast as possible.

I use this branch of Rutland Cycles any time I have a problem with my bike even though it is not my closest cycle repair shop. The staff are friendly and professional, they always keep you updated with the progress of the work and charge very reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend them. I also received a courtesy bike so that I could carry on with my day. Excellent service! Most recently I was served by a very helpful gentleman called Izzy!

Great experience at this store getting my bike sorted, the team made time on a busy weekend to fix a range of issues with my bike and I was really pleased with the result! Will definitely go back in future - thanks guys!

Simon from Rutland Cycling at the Grand Arcade was so helpful fixing a problem with my wheel and mud guard - did a temporary repair last night to get me home, then fixed it while I waited this morning & asked me to donate the tip I offered to charity. RC also did a great job advising me when I bought this bike last year. Very happy with the service from the whole team.

Very happy with the service I received earlier today in fixing my gear mechanism. The work was completed very quickly and the charge was unexpected - on the good side. Thanks to Alex and Rob and others whose names I don't know.

Some of the best customer service I've received as of late - really amiable, relatable and well informed staff! I came in having had my Brompton bike stripped for parts (classic Cambridge...) and they were able to get me straight back on the road for my tour, stocking all sorts of strangely specific Brompton parts etc! Would very strongly recommend.
