Good facilities and great location within easy reach of Cambridge city centre. Wardens are helpful and very friendly. Conveniently placed for an M11 stopover after the horrors of the Dartford Crossing.

Really nice site close to Cambridge city centre.

As always the staff were friendly and welcoming. Great selection of pitches and the facilities are clean and modern.

The on site dog walk is really nice and the warden I spoke to also gave me directions to a lovely walk around a field close by.

If you want to go into Cambridge there is a bus stop close by and it was only £3 each way.

We had a lovely weekend here.

I try not to use sites when travelling in my motorhome, but book a night or two when I need to do laundry, empty the loo or fill up with water. At the time of booking there was an offer of 40% off grass no EHU pitches so I decided to stay for 4 nights, at under £9 a night that is a bargain!
There is a regular, every 20 mins, bus service, number 7 bus, into Cambridge. You can cycle in, about 3 miles and all flat but cycling in the centre is hard work with tourists not looking where they’re going.
There are lots of places to visit, I cycled to Granchester, a lovely village famous for the TV show, and had a very tasty Sunday roast at The Green Man pub.
The wardens at the CCC were very helpful and friendly, the site is well kept. I stayed on the ‘bunny field’ on grass without EHU, very peaceful.
I would definitely visit again.

A great site so close to Cambridge. Take the number 7 to Cambridge or to Saffron Walden. Nice friendly staff as always at CCC sites.

Great campsite, spacious, level pitches. Handy for cycling or catching the bus into Cambridge.
The only disadvantage is the lack of a pleasant walk from the site, but you can't have everything! Waitrose is nearby, very handy.

A normal camping and caravanning club site, good size level pitches, good facilities and a bus stop close by for Cambridge. Very well kept by friendly wardens.

A well run site on the outside of Cambridge Close to addenbrokes hospital, it is quiet and very little noise from the motorway, plenty of buses and cycle routes all over the place. So if your need to see this fantastic place then come here, join the ccc and fill your boots, the facilties are excellent and cleaned by the staff daily.

Excellent campsite with first class facilities.

Only minor point is that one of the speed bumps at the entrance road is a bit high and scrapped my side skirt of the Toyota Alphard.

First class site. Pitches good size. With some hard standing. Grass beautifully cared for, short and level ground. Some noise from M11 but minimal in evenings. Lovely countryside. Met by warden on arrival, and from then on all wardens and assistants welcoming, friendly, helpful and full of information. Secure site. Cannot fault.

What a great site, clean tidy and well maintained, looking forward to our return in the future to explore Cambridge properly as we only stayed for one night.

Five star site which for us ticks all the boxes:

- Easy access to an interesting city. It's 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, with buses 3 times an hour and a 20 mins or so ride
- Excellent facilities. Bathroom block could have been more modern, but it is well-appointed and spotlessly clean
- Quiet and peaceful. All we heard was the rustling of wind through the poplar trees
- Level, spacious pitches
- Friendly welcome from knowledgeable and helpful staff
- Pubs and small supermarket within close walking distance
- Easy access from the M11

Only point to note is that it's not possible to specify a particular pitch in advance, however you can request this when booking.
