Popped in to pick up a quick lunch - absolutely delicious so will definitely be returning! Someone recommended I try the smoked salmon and scrambled egg panini and it was a great choice. Also got an iced mocha, which was tasty. Brownies and tray bake slices looked good - maybe something to try next time!
Not a lot of space inside if more than one person is queuing to order, but staff were very friendly and brought the food and drinks outside for us to take away.

Fantastic range of delicious options that can all be made gluten free and a selection of gf cakes. Smoked haddock chowder was absolutely on point! Everyone in my party had a great time especially my friend with coeliac disease who has never seen so much choice. He was like a kid in a sweet shop! Excellent friendly service too! Superb value. Thank you Indigo!

My favourite place in Cambridge to sit for coffee or lunch. They have the best coffee & paninis in all of Cambridge. 10/10 amazing.

Honestly one of the best places I've been to for lunch, if not the best. Food is both affordable and delicious, and with a MASSIVE selection of different fillings and sandwiches. The entire aesthetic of the coffee shop is amazing, it really makes you feel like it's a place you could call a home outside of home. Would definitely recommend popping in for some food or a drink if you're nearby - you won't be disappointed.

If I had to describe this coffee shop in one word , it would be "quirky". A very cosy shop with 2 floors and 18 seats. Table for every size of group.
The mocha I had was cheaper , bigger and taster than Caffe Neros. Very friendly staff and a cosy plus friendly atmosphere.

Best spot in Cambridge! Gorgeous, inspirational little cafe in historical house on St Edwards Passage, for conversation, work, or just really good coffee and cake.

Brought here by a friend and had such deliciousness and lovely experience!
We sat outside as the weather was good and were easily able to amend our order for my dietary requirement. Food came very quickly and was delicious. The coffee was so smooth and made quickly. Perfect lunch spot!

I used to come to this cafe 20 years ago as a student and it still remains maybe my favourite place in Cambridge for a cuppa and a sandwich. And despite it being small and busy they could not be lovelier. Took my kids too and they said it was their favourite place we went to, just cos it was simple, tasty and cosy.

This truly is a beautiful gem of a place in every way and highly recommended! It's a lovely relaxing sanctuary. The chai is amazing, as is the gorgeous coffee. The owner and staff are always smiling and there's a great selection of teas, panini and cakes. Always a lovely treat! Thank you! :)

Indigo café is a very cosy little place with excellent food, coffee and service! Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. The vegan bagle with hummus and sundried tomatoes is recommended. The staff is super friendly and the coffee is great. We always come here for breakfast when we are in Cambridge.

It’s a very cute cafe hidden in one of the side streets of Cambridge, that serves delicious light lunches and good coffee! The service was really good & my salmon cream cheese ciabatta sandwich was amazing!

A fantastic little place, cosy, friendly, and very informal. In the age when Cambridge is getting almost swallowed by boring, characterless chains of coffee shops that make you feel lonely and unimportant, this is a real breath of fresh air! Run by young and helpful enthusiasts, it's affordable, tasty, warm, and full of the special Cambridge vibe, when you can eavesdrop on students and university lecturers alike discussing anything from art and philosophy to engineering and quantum physics! Set right in the heart of historic Cambridge, next to the "Royal peculiar" St. Edward's Church, the legendary Haunted Bookshop, and the renowned Cambridge Arts Theatre. Climb up the stairs, sit on a wooden stool with a mug of delightful tea and enjoy the view of backyards behind King's Parade that have hardly changed over the last hundred years.

Lovely little find off the street in Cambridge. Tiny and cosy. Great coffee. Great cakes. Great friendly service. Even offered some tap water as it was a hot day. Sit outside and people watch. Highly recommended. Shhhh our little secret.

A hidden gem in central Cambridge. The coffeeshop is next to a very old library, a church and when the weather is fine, you can sit outside and enjoy the quietness and a delicious piece of cake. I strongly recommend it.
