The staff were very friendly and professional. I felt listened to when directing how I like my hair cut and styled. Professional advice was given, but it was not pushy. The salon is in great condition and felt airy and light.

I saw Emma as my usual stylist couldn’t fit me in, and she was so lovely! Very professional, but also chatty and warm. The girl who washed my hair was fab, my hair is thick and she really made sure to get all the colour residue out. Did a great blow dry.

A warm welcome, refreshments offered, quality of expertise and the care given throughout were all fantastic. A particular shout out to Enyia for the extra care she gave when washing my hair - I have an ear infection and can’t get any water in my ear - she did this with ease and nearly put me to sleep with her relaxing head massage! Big thanks also to Myesha for all her tips on curly hair styling. A fantastic team effort and lovely experience. Thanks guys, I’ll be coming back!

From the moment I walked in through the door I was made to feel welcome. All staff were attentive and polite along with the receptionist (Lilly) bringing a very nice coffee and mince pie.
The hairdresser (Clair) listened to the haircut I had in mind and gave a beautiful cut and blow dry.

Toni & Guy delivered everything I expected from the salon. A professional approach, a level of skill. However Myesha, as a stylist,, is exceptional and an asset to the Cambridge branch. Talented, creative, considerate … and someone that makes you want to come back.

Beth, just did a complete make over. She just gave me the confidence to go for it. I was growing out my greys(2 months), so the new cut has taken years off me.

I love coming to this salon, everyone is so friendly and obviously happy to work there. My stylist Tarvia was running a bit late yesterday so I was happy to enjoy a good cuppa while waiting. Tarvia is very patient and seems happy to go through the options with my hair. I bet she is secretly hoping that one day I will just say I want a simple tidy up!

Myesha was absolutely brilliant, she talked me through each stage of the haircut with tips on how to style my hair along the way. I felt relaxed in her company and the end result was fantastic! Thank you Myesha xx

All of the staff (particularly Emma, who was my stylist) were absolutely lovely. I was 10 minutes late due to a mix-up and they were able to accommodate me, which I am so appreciative of! The cut itself is just what I wanted. Plus, I got a mince pie and cuppa :⁠-⁠)
