I returned three pictures to the Cheltenham store. I'd been decorating my bedroom and unfortunately they didn't match. I was explaining this to the cashier and I thought how friendly she was to me. She was very helpful too. Thank you for your help!

In store today asked male assistant directions to what I was looking for, directed me very effectively , I left clothes airer cover in trolley after paying, telephoned and the assistant found it and put in behind counter to be collected excellent customer service throughout our visit

Clean and well laid out. Helpful friendly staff and an abundance of gorgeous homewares to suit all budgets. Wheelchair accessible with a lift. Super cafe upstairs that do delicious meals, cakes and coffees, as well as children's lunchboxes. Free parking adds to the ease and convenience of shopping here.

Excellent sorting out the complete lack of service provided (or not!) after an Dunelm online furniture purchase. So the lesson is do not purchase furniture online (arrives broken and impossible to arrange return) but from shop. Thanks to Cheltenham staff.

Amazing service as alway. The staff always go out if there way too help even if they are busy. Lots of lovely items. Great cafe and a brilliant tool of being able to order what they won’t have off the shelves with members of staff. They go above and beyond and makes a refreshing change.

I am a pensioner with health issues and have recently kitted my whole bedroom out bedding, ottoman & curtains mostly ordered online and picked up from Cheltenham store, the service from ordering to picking up was straightforward and simple, it was just so stress free and staff at the shop were more than helpful, I am one very happy customer...

Plenty of easily accessible parking. Always worth popping in as they usually have items on sale. Large bedding, soft furnishings and kitchen sections. Coffee shop is always popular.

Good prices, plenty of stock and friendly helpful service.
It seems to be a haven for older ladies with their (possibly unwilling?) husbands in tow.

My experience of their click & collect service during this time has been exemplary. Great value for money for good quality products. Customer Service is just that, seems obvious but I'm finding it rarer to find now days than you'd expect. Will continue to use and highly recommended
