Luna Rossa

I went on a works night out here. I had the Black pasta with crab and prawns in a spicy tomato sauce. It was awesome. I really enjoyed the meal. The service was quick enough to enjoy the night without feeling rushed. The restaurant was busy but it didn't seem to detract from the experience. Thanks to all the team at Luna Rossa. I had a great time and great food!

We’ve lived in the Chalfonts for 15yrs and not visited this restaurant as a family or now as a couple. Popped in (no booking) last night and had a lovely warm welcome, servers with all of the ‘Italian’ character and excellent food. Some lovely Chianti off a fantastic wine list. We’ll be back and wished we had tried it years ago. Thanks to all for a great evening.

First time visiting Luna Rossa. Our food was delicious and piping hot. Service was attentive and friendly but not intrusive. The seafood risotto was amazing. Would definitely go back.

We love Luna Rossa! We’ve been coming here for the last five years and they staff are always so welcoming and kind. The food is fantastic - we always get the carbonara, fried courgettes, tomato and mozzarella salad and tiramisu for pudding!

I must say the food was lovely, the atmosphere is great and the staff are very friendly.

The only tiny thing I’d like to see improved is the garlic bread, it was a bit hard and not really flavoursome.

When mentioning the dessert we had was cold they immediately took it back and warmed it up for us.

Without question the most authentic Italian restaurant around. Friendly staff, great setting. Fantastic food and wine - the food is out of this world. Highly recommended!!

Delicious home-made food! Lots of fresh vegetables and tasty sauces - (none of those watery sauces with unidentifiable ingredients you find in some venues) - absolutely lovely!

Great food. Everything we ordered was to out satisfaction. Friendly staff. The service was a little slow but keeping in view that most places are still finding their way back to normal levels of operations, it won't be fair to penalize .

This place has the most authentic Italian food I have ever tasted. The staff there are so friendly. Food comes out nice and hot and their portion are more than generous. Yum yum. Will come again. Already been 3 times in the last 3odd years I think.. its a long way away for us so not a regular spot..

Enjoyed a delicious steak main meal with ham and burruta starter that was well presented. This was the best steak I have ever had so juicy and succulent the waiters very happy to recommend their favourite meals keep up the good work see you again soon

I cannot recommend enough. Food was incredible, it always is. The staff have such a wonderful sense of service, looked after out table with friendly, professional manner. Even gave my 1 year old boy a car to play with and kept him entertained, even though the restaurant was busy. Despite the restaurant being busy for lunch, we were never rushed and the staff never rushed the service.

We went for lunch recently to Luna Rossa. Highly recommend the restaurant!!! They offer true authentic Italian food that satisfies all your tastes buds. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the service is is quick. Will definitely be visiting with the family again.

I have been coming here for years, always good.
Were here on Tuesday evening with family; I had a pasta with seafood, my partner had a fritto misto both very good.
Chef was obviously on top form and service was very friendly as always.
We definitely recommend.
