Went there to buy Christmas presents for our daughter'sj in-laws, and wasn't disappointed. I found a good Moulin-a-vent and a mellow Mehringer. I hope they enjoy them as much as I would! The shop in King's Parade is well laid out and the staff are helpful and full of good advice.

A little gem of a find. We were walking past when clocked the wine menu outside. Decided to stop and take in the sun (yes in September) with a glass of wine each. Quickly followed by a 2nd.
Great location. Friendly staff who knew their wine. Liked the wine so much we bought a bottle to take home. Looked online and we can order for delivery too. My new favourite company.
Places like this aren't as common as you think and should be supported all year round. Thanks for the memories and a new tipple for end of those stressful days

One of my favorite wine stores on earth. Knowledgeable and down to earth staff make CWM a no brainer for everything wine (and some liquor too).

I went to Cambridge a few weeks ago and found this nice little shop. Great selection of wines and spirits. The atmosphere is really friendly and received some great advice on French wines as the person I talked to happened to be French and obviously knew what he was talking about, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, but they also have a great selection of international wines which I tried this week and found delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Adore this place and everyone working there! I work around the corner from the Kings Parade shop and we all shop there and get the warmest of welcomes and the banter from the boys. Very knowledgeable for your drinking needs and über happy to help you!

Went to this shop while visiting Cambridge for a day. The outlet in itself is very charming and well located. I was particularly impressed by the extent of the range. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The store manager, who happened to be French just like me, was extremely knowledgeable and seemed more interested in selling you a product you would truly enjoy rather than trying to sell you a very expensive bottle just for the sake of it. I would definitely recommend this place to every wine and spirit lovers in town!

Very cool place at amazing location! Friendly welcoming service. Actually came here for the canned beer selection and it didn't disappoint. Found some excellent local IPAs, price wasn't bad. Took the beers to go with a couple of their plastic cups to share the various beers on a punt.

Fantastic selection of wines too much for a mere mortal to get his head around. That's were Romain stepped in with his vast knowledge and experience. All exceptional choices and enjoyed by all. Can't wait to visit again, keep up the great work .....

Good selection of wines and other alcohol, including an ever increasing selection of craft beers in the fridge. The staff know their stuff and can help you pick something out. If they haven't got what you want, they can often order it as well. Generally, a really good wine shop

Excellent selection of very good quality wines and spirits. For the customer who is in need of advice, or just wishes to chat about product options, then there is a great response from their friendly and knowledgeable staff who are only too pleased to share their enthusiasm for what is on offer.

Stopped outside the Cambridge Wine Merchants for a drink. They have three tables on the side walk for passers by. You can order by the glass or choose from any of their bottles stocked in the shop. Make sure they know you want to drink it now, and they may have a lovely white in the fridge.

The Cambridge Wine Merchants is primarily a liquor store selling wines and spirits. The selection of wine will suit all pockets from £6 a bottle through to over a thousand. We bought a bottle of Ricard to take away, and a couple of glasses of wine to drink in the late Summer sunshine. Ricard is a spirit increasingly difficult to purchase in UK supermarkets. Ricard must not be confused with Pernod, Ricard not being sweet, while Pernod is sweet.

Really great and huge selection. Reasonably priced from what I saw and very friendly folks!
